My memory may be a bit fuzzy but I seem to recall that Quickslinger and Brake-Neck sold out very quickly last year and did not get restocked. Now they're a bitch to find on the aftermarket at a reasonable price. Order Groove as soon as you can, don't take chances.

Were they? Every time I've looked at HTS they've been listed but out of stock.

Yes they were. I was checking regularly for the protectobots to all come in as I had just missed Rook and he was sold out, so I was watching daily for restocks. they were there until early September if I remember correctly. :MAXIMAL:

When will Hasbro reveal the exact date. RobotKingdom says May 1st, but quickslinger and brakeneck were avalaible until may 23th. If it's going to sell out that fast (since some mentioned that happened last year) then I must be subscribed to every online shop in the US and Asia to have a chance?

They did not sell out lightning fast last year. It might have sold out at the place you wanted to order from, I wont argue that, but they did get restocks at TRU and TFsource and Hasbro Toy Shop. BBTS did not restock, and I'm not sure about Target. They were available at one of these many stores for a few months in the summer last year, but if you wanted them you had to check in all of these stores (online). TRU had them for 16.99$ at least till the end of June, which we can see in this discussion: viewtopic.php?f=57&t=106789&p=1704340&hilit=quickslinger#p1704340
TFsource had them then too but for a bit more.

So them selling out within a day is a myth.

On HTS, he sold out 3 weeks before the rest of his wave, and I have never seen him in stores. I saw the other 3 limbs, but never him. I only managed to him from Entertainment Earth when his whole wave had their packaging damaged and put on sale. :MAXIMAL:

Pretty much why I missed out on BN and QS. Didn't jump on 'em when they were 18-20 bucks and they shortly shot up to absurd prices. Never even saw them in brick and mortar locally.

You can be now. Those were online exclusives. One was found in stores once but it was a return from an online purchase. Since that is where the staff will post either news or posts about where you can get Groove. That's the thread we used last time for the other 2. We will post in this thread too (as we are doing now), but its just another tip since I would much rather you guys get a decent deal than have to get this 30$ preorder (and plus the shipping cost from Robot Kingdom is terrible).

Also, the price will be 18$ as we already got our first US listing (eventually taken down).

Just received Streetwise and Blades in the mail... So once I have Groove, that team will be complete!
Funny how stuff works out... Really thought I'd have Superion WAY before Defensor...
Not to mention, I liked Defensor as a kid, and for whatever reasons, I have absolutely no issue owning the Hasbro version.

Alright. I wanted to know if it was gray plastic so that you can remove it to make it more cartoon accurate. Painting it would work too I guess.

Well I couldn't resist and opened Hotspot, First Aid, Streetwise, and Blades.
I am glad I ended up getting these guys, and was really happy with Firstaid, Blades, and Hotspot. No issues with Streetwise, just the case of "Have the mold already...".
Really dig the transformations too.

So I'll order UW Superion this weekend, but I'm going to try and stay strong and wait it out to have my stack from TFSource ship once UW Computron is available. Won't be easy, but I think I can wait.
It would also give me a lot to look forward to towards the end of summer.
I'll have UW Superion, Brut, Computron, as well as Hasbro's Cyclonus and a couple PE add-on kits all in the same haul.

Anyway, now getting Groove is really important! Well, fairly important.
