so wait a minute! what Wave is Liokaiser then? coz we've still Computron & Sky Reign(if we're still getting Sky Reign?) to come.

It isnt in a wave. This seems to be a boxset. Computron is confirmed as a boxset. There is no CW wave after Sky Reign.

But why should they release Scattorshot solo and then within a boxset? I know they want to make money and milk thw cow until it stops giving some but that would be too cheap.

Oh THAT's what makes them too cheap?! Not the fact that in the two combiners revealed today, making it 10 toys, there is only 1 mold that is new?!

And anyways, Hasbro already hinted they would be releasing scattershot twice. Once as betatron and another as computron. And we know computron is a boxset due to the computer listing.

So if you think its too cheap, then sorry, but I guess it is.

Yes, definitely, the computer listings havent lied so far. But he might have some deco change (still unconfirmed).

And guys, I realy dont see any difference in the head on computron. Pelase point to me what makes it different from the superion head because I dont see it at all.

guys we've been over this discussion about Combiner Beasts before!(a long time ago) & back then we were told that it's not gonna happen!

now that's not to say that we can't at least imagine them! & it's fun to imagine

but of course we'd all like to see Piranhacon, Abominus, Predaking ect.

No, Deluxe Groove is the new mold. He was never released by Hasbro yet, in any previous way/form, so that mold is a totalyl new Hasbro release. And due to his exclusivity in japan, only a select few in the states have him.

I actually think only the head will be new for the skylynx redeco.

I wonder just how much retooling has been done on Leozack. Liokaiser seems to have some new parts on his shoulders and Skylynx's torso mode does work pretty well for him. It's Liozacks robot mode I'm worried about.

I want to be excited for Liokaiser, but...eh. Drillhorn looks pretty weak (and he's just a redeco of Nosecone) and Killbison is just a regular tank instead of an anti-aircraft tank.

Back in the days of Energon they made Brawl into a Flakpanzer Gepard despite the fact he's supposed to be a Leopard...

Yeah, if I bother with a Liokaiser I'll just get TFC's version. It's more accurate, looks better, isn't made of redecos and is HUGE (which is appropriate for Liokaiser as he's always been huge).

Now look at the gun in Lionking's hand.


It looks to me like that is the same gun, and in the Liokaiser art they are combined to make a bigger gun.
Two things:
A. COOL!
B. Finally some combining weapons!

If I didn't know better, I'd say strafes guns look like gen brainstorms

Just to compare if there's any overt retooling of Sky Lynx in that he now has an actual robot mode and not a dino-bird-thing-whatever, here's Sky Reign:

Not seeing anything different besides the combiner head... looks like we're getting a wrongly-colored kaiju-mode Deathsaurus that might transform into the Thunder Arrow. Not quite what I had in mind, but I could always take a Silverbolt, paint him up in Leozack's colors, and do a head swap with this new combiner head, and use what's left as a Thunder Arrow replica.

It came from the Transmissions podcast rumors that have, more or less, been fairly close to accurate on pretty much all of the Titans Return toys that we've seen/learned about thus far.

All I can say, is that, for as much mileage hasbro is suddenly getting out of Brawl, you'd have thought they would fiddle with a copy of the figure first to have realized it was mis-designed. I can only hope complaints have reached them by now, or before these releases, so they can fix them, lest they too be ruined by Brawls shite torso

Because that torso turns into a bird kaiju, just as Deathsaurus is. And its what the rumours have said so far.
