But That's the Canadian packaging. The only difference is you guys get collectors cards, and we in 'merica have the tie in comics.

I'd rather have the card.

No amount of shoe horning is going to change the fact his ain't geewun......

If I remember correctly its the whole Protectobot team is on the Lost Light. Grooverider, First Aid and Hot Spot I know I have seen on there.
What, you mean the two who are mistransformed?WiseMan wrote:Silverbolt and Skydive look terrible.
Shadowman wrote:This is Sabrblade we're talking about. His ability to store trivial information about TV shows is downright superhuman.

Didn't they Say at SDCC that events and characters of More Than Meets the Eye will be separate a self contained from the events of Combiner Wars?
GuyIncognito wrote:If they want to make a Protectobot team, the fiction won't get in the way. After all, the fiction is only there to support the toy line. They can write new fiction to accommodate the figures, as they've been doing for 30 years.

I got a BAAAAD feeling about this. This is all getting very Star Warsy.Wolfman Jake wrote:shockblast2 wrote:No amount of shoe horning is going to change the fact his ain't geewun......
The toys are based on the characters appearing in IDW's ongoing Transformers series, which are considered to be a G1-universe or reboot of sorts. It's not the same continuity as the original cartoon or the Marvel comics, but another take on the "G1" universe. They share the same "continuity family," similar to how Transformers Prime, War for Cybertron, Fall of Cybertron, and Exodus all share the "Aligned" continuity family, despite having different historical events among them.
Or at least as close as we're gonna get without a time machine. No amount of nerd rage is going to change the fact that Combiner Wars is G1.

It's the year 2014, even if someone has something they're not interested in, they know someone, somewhere is and will sell it at a premium.
