Well, it makes sense. I imagine it's some work upscaling one mold and still having it work - especially with the combination system. So once you get the formula down once you can replicate it for the rest of the mold uses.

I really need a Computron. Besides, I'm satisfied with my decision to cancel UW Computron. This one is much cheaper and besides, got an MP SG Prime that I gotta save money up for, along with a trip and another special item

found a Voyager Skylynx in the wild woohoo! At TJMaxx near my home in Orangevale CA. So since I bought one earlier on Amazon for around $30, and paid $15 for this one, after selling it on eBay for $30, I gets its a wash that I only ended up paying $15 for the Skylynx I own.

For anyone interested, the new Transformers Collectors Club comic painted some interesting stories with regards to the combiners.

For one thing, Computron was described as having a Rook redeco with the alternate Brawl-styled head named Ironclad as his actual right arm, with an "energy efficient" Afterburner (legends class Groove) as an arm piece. Computron also was given explanation for Scrounge and Cybaxx: Cybaxx is actually an accumulation data known as the Underbase (yeah), and this was supposed to make Computron even smarter so he could defeat Thunder Mayhem. Cybaxx needed to be hooked up to a "minibot" so that way he could combine with Computron.

Another potential combiner within this universe consisted of Inferno, Ratchet, Bluestreak, Hoist, and Sideswipe.

I wanted this real bad. It seems like a no-brainer.
I would maybe prefer Jazz over Hoist though.

Well, you could always have another combiner that used Grapple, Jazz, Red Alert, Perceptor, and Blaster, or some combination thereof

I interpreted that as a repurpose of Legends Class Wreck-Gar, personally.

Either way, if that had any merit, it would mean that had there been no deluxe Groove, that was a possibility for the alternate Technobot. And we would actually have gotten another use of that mold at retail with the alternate head.

Nope, not really. I've read some summaries on the wiki, but never did the whole thing in summary, nor have I actually read any of the comics

Nope, not really. I've read some summaries on the wiki, but never did the whole thing in summary, nor have I actually read any of the comics

As the "Of Masters and Mayhem" universe that the current TCC magazine comics and TFSS 4.0/5.0 prose stories take place in is derived from the Marvel comics, reading those helps to make sense of some of the finer details and insight put into those particular Club comics/prose stories.
