Don't even remember the instructions saying to pop them off. That seems crazy.

I never had the instructions so I never thought of popping them off. It sounds like a very easy way to lose things.

I do the same for both my Armada and Amazon.com Unicrons, but while I leave them hidden like that behind my Amazon.com Unicron, I do not hide them on my Armada Unicron. Instead, I position them up behind his shoulders for a more show-accurate winged look:

Mea neither. Unicron is piss-easy to transform so I never bothered to look.

I do remember reading somewhere about taking them off and people complaining about them but it never bothered me that much. Though I wonder when the next time we'll see him is and what his transformation will be like then.
Back on topic though does anyone think Rook will receive the same amount of praise as Alpha Bravo?

Re: Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Discussion Thread

I've figured out a 2/3 Liokaiser from Combiner Wars wave 1 and a smidge of shapeways. Firefly as Leozack, folded up around Dragstrip as Jarugar to form the torso, with Firefly as Gaihawk (or Alpha Bravo as Deathcobra) and Skydive as Hellbat. The locking ports they've used would make it easy to fashion a cross beam type device to go between the four to lock them in together.Firefly has a slit on his bum that would work great for a shapeways liokaiser head to slot in.
Which just leaves the two legs and the hips as the missing link. Which hopefully, we'll have a Brawl or Nosecone to fill that.
I doubt we'll get an official one, so I may have to give this a go.

I know it was a fairly old comment, but someone had to do this.
Behold the power of terrible Photoshop skills, the Seibertron galleries, and Google Image Search:

I don't know, Alpha Bravo is a perfect example of how good a combiner limb can be when designed from the ground up with out having to homage a previous design.

Combiner Wars Scattershot, Onslaught And Shockwave(!) Figures Revealed In Store Database
- Weapon: Switch Blade Tail

We've previously reported on upcoming Combiner Wars figures, and how they were revealed to the fandom by a Transformers fan known only as Mr. Chaos. Over on fellow fansite TFW2005, Mr.Chaos and his friend have uncovered more new figures!
While looking through the product database Mr. Chaos' friend has obtained info on 4 new Legends class figures and 2 new Voyagers:
Autobot Pipes (63050936835)
Chop Shop (63050936836)
Shockwave (63050936837)
Buzzsaw (63050936838)
Scattershot (63050936922)
Onslaught (63050936923)
As of now, we have no confirmation of release dates or which assortment waves these will come in, but it seems their appearance in the future is a big possibility. Toy Fair is this weekend in New York City, and the Seibertron staff will be on hand to provide you the best shots of new items coming this year. Only Seibertron.com can bring you galleries with this level of quality!

Chop Shop may be R.I.D chop shop, and not a neo-classics one. Though a retool of "Skrapnel"
would be interesting considering there's a target master buddy minifigure of the character already in the generations line.

This Saturday, New York Toy Fair begins and continues until the following Tuesday. Within those few day's i'm pretty damn skippy if we don't see these figures on display; including CW Cyclonus and the protectobots, we'll see some production/stock photos of them.

Put on your speculation goggles, guys and gals.
I could see Scattorshot being a retool of Silverbolt. Both have similarly shaped altmodes, and SS would only really require remolding of the outer jet shell. Both Superion and Computron have similarly shaped heads, although I could certainly do without the softplastic "nipples" on Scattorshot.
