Sure he's just a bit shorter than MP-10 but he still feels right with these tall guys. My only real problem with him is that he feels like Leader class Jetfire - Masterpiece-sized, but not as solid and weighty. At least they covered up most hollow parts, unlike Jetfire!

This works for me. All you have to do, really, is make sure MP-10 Optimus and Generations Leader Megatron aren't too near each other in a Masterpiece display. Leader Megatron looks great posed with his MP Decepticon warriors!

CW Megs is actually my compromise for not getting MP-05. I saw way too many complaints about how fragile MP-05 is, so I'm opting out of getting it for now. I'd take it if I could find it for a reasonable price though, but I don't want it falling from a shelf because of it being wobbly and breaking into a thousand pieces.

(specifically, SE02 Megatron, voyager United Megatron, WFC Megatron, Takara Legends Megatron, and Cloud Megatron... and maybe even the CH02 Megatrons, for kicks)

And that Animated Leader was (and still is) so good that it hasn't really had any competition with any other Leader class Megatron toys since it came out.

That is, until now. We'll see if this new Megatron can top that one.

honestly, being such a megatron fan, i think youd regret not getting MP05. if youve heard tell of ebay seller LENA, look them up. theyre almost constantly selling loose/complete MP05's, you wouldnt have to spend a whole lot to get one (they go between 90-120 bucks).

Oh he knows, some very enthusiastic fans already made him aware My MP 05 is starting to fall apart after having transformed him back and forth a bunch. I like him less as time passes due to this. He still looks super impressive in both modes though and scales super well with MP 01. Looking back, I was just too curious to experience this transformer to pass him up. I dont know if its worth it in the end but I know I would have kept wanting him just to know what he's like. Pretty much, I have MP 05 and regardless of how I feel now, I would not have had it any other way. And for those curious about hi, check out this article and who's number 1. Oh and for those who care, my eventual version of this list will have someone else as number 1
