Are you thinking of bending the knees backward, a-la Whirl? There are no ankle swivels at all, so I believe it would make it highly unstable. But, that is an interesting concept to check out...

Well, in TF#1 the Limited series. The one 'con that stood in the frontlines of the most devastating attacks was no other than the "malevolent Megatron". That's where he earned the name "slagmaker".
And....that's why Starscream is so OCD with Megs, the formers loves doing it infront while 'screamer does it through the back.

Ah, I see what you mean. It's an....interesting look, but not one that appeals to me very much. I could see a fan of the Bay movies maybe liking it.

Yeah, those swirls just looks like someone's drawn them on a piece of paper with a biro, cut it out and slapped it on.
Reprolabels will come to the rescue, I'm sure.

If you follow the swirls, that is the only way they will match the Walther P38 markings.

I agree. Is it that the Autobot symbol covers up the already applied (paint? sticker?) Decepticon symbol?

I didnt think about that since I always take it out and use it as a weapon for either Heavy Load or Landfill.
It reminded me more like ROTF long haul to me, which is obviously because ROTF Longhaul was homaging his G1 version.

Well, I certainly can't think of a better candidate for them to make an Autobot version out of this and the other Constructicon toys.william-james88 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Okay, with his whole dump bed on his back like that in robot mode, this Long Haul toy is just begging to be remolded into Heavy Load:

Oh for sure! And I like the idea, its a very colorful result. I was just saying why its not the first thing that popped into my head. But it totally works.

Should we take bets on weather we'll get that, or a Diaclone or G2 recolour first?

I know this was like fifty pages ago... That's what I get for not checking this thread for a month! But I just wanted to take a moment to have some weird little pleasure in the fact that photos of my toys are being used as examples by people other then myself. For some reason, that makes me feel somewhat accomplished!
Where the heck did that tiny version of the first pic come from, though? It is so tiny, you can barely see anything! I hunted down the full size version for you. (Was a bit odd, I didn't have it on my computer any more! But I found it on my abandoned Photobucket, downloaded it, and re-uploaded it to my Imgur account.)

Anyway, I'm off to finish at least skimming the rest of the intervening pages. Hopefully soon I can get beyond one man's chasing of windmills to convince the world of some strange artificial construct of his called "G3" and find some actual Combiner Wars discussion!
