Hasbro could have done the Predacons, Seacons, Terrorcons, Monster Pretenders/Dinoforce, or better yet an all-new Decepticon Combiner team but yet they have to release another set of the MOST over-used Decepticon combiner teams.

The FOC team wasn't very good. I have the SDCC set MISB because I was afraid to touch it once I heard the plastic around the combiner ports could crack. It also just didn't look right. This will be a Bruticus with better limbs and a more solid build.

At one point I had the SDCC FOC Combaticons and the Platinum FOC Combaticons. Got rid of both. Didn't like the sculpting, colors, engineering, scale and hollow toys. Thought these were strike out toys.

Looking forward to the CW Combaticons. These will be my update G1 Combaticons toys.

I have the tan Universe Ruination set, the Encore reissue, and the SDCC set. These will be the updates I've been waiting for. As soon as these are confirmed I'm gonna sell off my SDCC set.

Getting a strong, Car Robots Fire Convoy, vibe from the CW Hotshot toy. 2016 is Hasbro's RID 15th anniversary. Wonder if Hasbro or TFCC will do a RID Combiner. Using repurposed CW toys.

Well, that would be all the excuse they need to do Bruticus with a Ruination repaint, right?

Put Ruination-from-Bruticus with TFCC Scourge and Generations Sky Byte and you've got the makings of a good Classics RID villain lineup.
Now I'm thinking about how they could to the rest of RID.
*Optimus from Inferno
*Side Burn has a TFCC toy
*X-Brawn from Offroad or something
*Prowl from Streetwise
*Towline from Hoist
*Spy Changers from some of the Legends.
*Build Team from the upcoming Devastator. Leave out Scrapper and Mixmaster since they don't have analogues.
The rest of the Predacons are a bit difficult.

Gaaaaah they really need to do more with this property... An OVA or a video game. Such a missed opportunity.

Really looking forward to the combaticons... Always was my favourite team. I do think that blastoff will repurpose the blades alpha bravo mould.

Was hoping for a Soundwave release but I'm not too sure I'd get him if he were a combiner
My personal prime collection so far in descending order of how great i reckon the toy is -
FE Prime, Silas Breakdown (Powerizer), Dreadwing (Powerizer), FE Bulkhead, Voyager StarScream (Powerizer), Ratchet, Soundwave, Arcee, Voyager Megatron (Powerizer), Wheeljack, Thundertron (Powerizer), Ultra Magnus (Powerizer), Knockout, Cliffjumper, Bumblebee,Airachnid

I had two fully assembled combiners when I was a kid from G1 (still have them, not in the best shape LOL), Devastator and the Protectobots. Super excited both will be re-released properly this year from Hasbro (re: affordable).

Maybe not seeing Stripes already exists. http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Stripes

I know, I own one. I'm just playing Devil's advocate since Hasbro isn't afraid of name reuses, we haven't seen a listing for Ravage (maybe he comes with the rumored Soundwave, maybe not) and the original Stripes is a Takara Tomy character. Wait and see I suppose.

Gaahh!! Uploaded all 4 reviews of the new Combiner Wars Deluxe Protectobots, but YouTube only processed two of them. So Rook and Streetwise will have to come later now.

In the mean time, here's my review of First Aid, the retool of the previous wave's Offroad. Pretty nice retool over all. Hope you can check it out!

Not to mention everyone introduced in seasons 2 and 3 of Beast Wars. (We'll ignore anything after BW for the moment or the list would get unmanageable.

YouTube decided to play nice, so here's my review of the new Combiner Wars Protectobot Rook. I have to say I was skeptical about the new team member, but I think I actually like him the most out of the team!

Great new mold to be honest! Hope you can check out the video :)

Hot Spot has some weird ratchets in its legs. One always seems, just a little off. Kinda disappointed in the bicep swivel too.

I like your "unofficial" transformation! The problem with the official transformation is definitely the fact Streetwise looks weird in comparison to First Aid.

Here's my Defensor with his mate Superion. I gotta say, he is so much better than Menasor! The Stunticon was just all wrong in terms of body proportions, but Defensor and Superion are pretty damn good!

I can't decide either. He looks pretty cool, but I have zero emotional attachment to him. With everything else on my transformers list right now... It would be nice to save the money.

Still... he looks pretty cool. :BANG_HEAD:

Haven't researched it or anything yet but is there a reason Streetwise's front end is folded back/down instead of pointing upward? I feel like G1 had a double hinge or something so the hood formed a knee-cap like the other bots do..

Looking at it on my desk right now. Dead End's can point up, so I would assume Streetwise's can as well. ;)
