Yup, me's and HellsYeahScream or on the same page and both want more Nemesis Primes in our lives. I had a brief moment where I almost started buying all the old ones, like from the Prime series, but I was able to stop myself. I'm still thinking about the RID15 one, which I think can still be gotten without too much trouble, but that's another thread all together.

I don't think there is a NP for the CW line, is there? I remember a Scourge (if I have that name right) but isn't that a different beast all together (to lazy to look up the details right now)?

YEAH, me and dancin' jazz ftw :michaelbay:

Sort of, you're thinking of Grand Scourge at ~$80 and being made from the disappointing op/mm, I obligated to not recommend him. It's probably for the best that you didn't jump on the old NP's, you would probably never resuscitate your wallet after that sticker shock.

I dont know much about that fiction. To me all Black Optimus Primes are the same theme to me and while I dont collect them (or have any) I lump them all in the same pot.

That would indeed be Grand Scourge, the Nemesis redeco of CW Optimus Prime. He's based on, and actually is, the Energon incarnation of the character.
The resident Rewind... well, half of one

Totally not thinking about Scourge, he was the only black OP that I could think of in the CW line. We have a white one coming out, why not a nemesis variant as well? I'm with you Will, I lump all black OP's in the same group. Like that legion "Motorbreath", he is NP as far as my head canon is concerned. I'm glad I nabbed the Legends NP when I had a chance

ImageYup, very little of this makes any sense, and that's the way I like it.

Yup, very little of this makes any sense, and that's the way I like it.

I think you're starting to cross your franchise's. Grand Scourge IS the black redeco coming out from TT, it is based on, well, Grand Scourge, a redeco of energon o/p, it was released in japan at some point at an inflated price, and diverged form the traditional "nemesis" themed paint scheme (that's all I know).

HASBRO is releasing (not) star convoy, a white o/p, we do not, as of yet, know what TT intends to do with the o/p, or bc-o/p, but needless to say, if TT doesn't give us a straight up nemesis prime they will have really dropped the ball. Hasbro in all likelihood will not release a nemesis prime, even if they did, I wouldn't buy it, cuz: terrible combined mode  .

So in summary Hasbro is giving us white optimus, they probably won't give us black optimus, we don't know what TT is gonna do with them yet.

I can't even scramble my :CON: I don't have enough limbs, I will never have enough limbs, simply due to only getting 9 limbs (got neck-brace when he came out) and having 3 torso's (that we know of). We deserve at least one more team of decepti-limbs AT LEAST :-x

Not usually my thing, but with the barrage of 'everyone combines' going on... I would have rather the seekers were deluxe limbs... maybe get some cassette limbs with a soundwave torso.... they could have some fun here.

Well, I won't afford those (that'll be like what? $200 from bbts or something), and mentioned earlier that exclusives and titan class don't count

Just calculated it, this years tfcc is $490 from bbts :-x there is no way in the name of the great flying f#@k I am paying ~$500 for a combiner, I could buy Hercules' redeco for that much :BANG_HEAD: How much would it be to get Mr. Mayhem through tfcc?

Ah yes, I forgot about the evasion mode NP, thanks Sabrblade. That was the guy who got me on a Nemesis kick.

On topic: I've thought of some great random 'Con limbs. The Scavenger Group that consist of Krok, Crankcase, Flywheels, Misfire, Spinisterand Fulcrum. I enjoyed those guys, it's a shame we never really heard from them again.

Here's an idea that's totally out dated and possibly mildly politically incorrect, but I want a Soviet themed re-paint of Rook. Red and gold with a hammer and sickle right on his fore head. Although his head sculpt is totally the American police-issue winter hat, there is something awfully Russian about it, and with the whole combiner hand boxing glove element it would be so awesomely Rocky IV! :BLACKEYE:

This idea is awesome :D hes perfect for a russian themed con.

Darn, wish they hadn't given Galvatronus the limb-stealing power. Campy Cold-war Era Russian transformer (Onslaught repaint) should be able to absorb/coerce smaller characters to merge with him as Sovietbloc. Obviously, Rook would be converted into the heavily armored Iron-Curtain and Alpha Bravo would be forced to use his rotors to slice through enemies as War-Saw.
