So far, Tentakil appears to be a unique, all new mold.JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Tentakil: hard to make out, gimme a moment on that (or get me a shot from the back)

This close up of his hidden robot mode chest resembles no existing CW/Potpie Deluxe mold's robot chest.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

I hope to primus and all that is is righteous and holy that his joints are all tight enough to handle the weight of these new figures, because, oh man, hungurrs' were not
I mean, that's nothing a tiny bit of paper towel can't fix, but hungurr's crappy shoulder ratchets? No way, bum shoulders are permanent cuz hasbro pinned his entire body together, so you can't mod or fix it, which means, he can barely stand on his own, let alone strike a pose

Probably for stability. The 5mm peg by itself would be about as reliable as the Alternators-type peg on Sparkdrinker in this situation.Jtprime17 wrote:Tentakil looks like it's possibly from the Moonracer mold. Interesting how the combiner port slides into the top of the combiner hand for targetmaster mode.

Interesting to note is that they come with 2 extra hands to attach to the back of the feet similar to some of the POTP combiners. Does that mean we'll be getting 5 hands due to the 5 limbs? And also, aren't they not switchable between sides?

It looks like he's holding a sword blade by the tang, rather than by a grip. Actually, now that I've gotten more into customizing I probably could make one, but depending on how much this is supposed to cost I probably shouldn't have to.

My guess (and hope) is that four come with hands and maybe the fifth comes with something extra, or is Tentakill and is still the same price as the other due to all the mass that goes into the head.

Rodimus Prime wrote:I am cautiously optimistic. Looks good so far, can't wait to see it in color and the robot modes. Question: is the way he's set up the permanent configuration, or can the limbs be swapped, even changing them out to be the weapon, like the original toy?
You just saw photo confirmation of that, did you not?Ultra Markus wrote:Here's to hoping he is a six member team

Didn't we already hear the prices? $60 for Hun-Gurrr, $35 a pop for the other 5?Latebrus-K wrote:I am very hyped for Piranacon/King Poseidon, but how happy will we all be once more info on the prices drops?
