Like SS Devastator, he's gonna be spread out, so you can spread out the costs like a loan payment but without the taxes for time spent paying it off.
And he is so much beefier looking, he has inherited some heavier plastic and aesthetic to justify part of the price increase.

I hope his combined thigh joints are up to it, hungurr certainly wasn't

We can both agree on that.
In fact, I'd be willing to say that Inferno is the only PotP torso with good combined mode hip joints. the others were pretty weak. So let's hope Turtler's are much better

Seibertron wrote:I don't see how Piranacon could hold a deluxe class figure in gun mode. I hope we get all six figures, but I don't foresee Targetmaster modes for this figures in a manner that Piranacon could hold them like a gun. You would need some pretty strong "clicky" leg joints in order to make that happen, and I don't think they would redesign the leg/hip joints from previous Combiner Wars-like figures.

Everybody that collected Combiner Wars & Power Of The Primes needs this figure to complete their collections. WTF is their problem??? I'm not really buying Transformers anymore because I can no longer afford them & this is the last straw. This is just plain wrong!

Is there a reason this can't come to pulse? Or do you mean that Hasbro would probably announce him at sdcc? Cuz it looks like they've only gotten 2 to the prototype level so far
Skritz wrote:By the way is anyone wondering if Super Megatron (if he does manifest past the prototype stage) is a headmaster still or if they just retooled him to fit the head inside the torso cavity (which iirc can be done with TR Galvatron)?
I skipped on Star Convoy (admittedly to my regret...) but I'm really curious about Super Megatron, in part because I'm like the only guy who ever thought TR Galvatron isn't an absolute pile of ****.
Maybe they're saving Ultra Megatron to be done at the Leader class and are doing Super Megatron as a Voyager in order to let Ultra Megatron be bigger than Super Megatron.Skritz wrote:Gotta admit I'n surprise they went with the Voyager size for a guy meant to be the opposite to Star Convoy. If you look at the Ultra Megatron design and what they did with the Overlord/Sky Shadow mold for Dai Atlas I could have seen that mold redone as Ultra Megatron by reshelling it. The transformation scheme looks even similar.

Sunstorm isn't a Rainmaker. The three are Acid Storm, Ion Storm, and Nova Storm.Wh33l Jck wrote:I hope the Seige Starscream mold is eventually released as the actual rainmakers: Acid Storm, Nova Storm, Sun Storm
