You failed to get them right on the original Super Base toy, successfully got them right on the Super-Con figure, and have now replicated the failure of the Super Base figure's shoulders on this figure. Heck, even Takara's prototype that they showed off with Selects Star Convoy had correct shoulders. Why, Hasbro? Why, outside of the Super-Con toy, do you insist on making Armada Optimus perpetually lifting his shoulders above his head?

Can we have Amrada Megatron now? I say let’s keep Legacy going for as long as we need to get some of those potential gems.

There is no secret, except that because the SuperCon version is smaller they can make the engine compartment pieces that make his collarbone and shoulder joints thinner and lighter. Bigger figure, especially one that is supporting the weight of Torso Mode right through that area, needs better reinforcement
So there are thicker pieces that can't collapse as well.

Just added them to the already existing discussion... If the mods want to move them appropriately, then have at it.Rodimus Prime wrote:This supposed to go in the Legacy thread.

The truck mode and Super Prime look amazing, I will reserver my thoughts on the cab Optimus after we get more images of him.
Until we get an official confirmation, I will assume there is mistransformation in the stock pictures.,

I was hoping to see your post, this is probably the closest we'll get to a Masterpiece level figure. By the by, the person who runs the Preternia account on Twitter, it's an account that gives links when figures go up for PO and more importantly on sale, got to see this figure in hand. The person who has it is a known dealer of stolen toys and might be the person who supplies PvP and Chefatron. Anyway, the leaker is also someone known for watermarking their images with some rather abrasive language. The pics are out there if you want to see but be warned.

Nah, I'm okay with waiting the official reveal. I like to share the enthusiasm with Transformers team when they show the toys they've been working on. I am comenting now because of the ARMADA HYPE!

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.
