Agreed. Lockdown deserves a new mold
At the very least he should be one of those unrecognizable retools like metalhawk or devcon

Do you guys this figure has dark brown plastic, or is that just a side effect of a colour filter?

Yeah I also figured if there will be a compatible TW he will be leader sized. Sone if us assume commander because we want a big TW.TK415 wrote:o.supreme wrote:Seems all but inevitable now that Tidal Wave will be a CC for 2024, especially since they teased future compatibility for Armada Megatron.
Would commander class be too big to be compatible? I wonder if it would need to be leader size?
That would be a perfect solution, but a titan sized TW was only in the PS2 game, so if anything he would be a Studio Series Gamer titan, while the leader figure would be in Legacy to go with Megatron.I guess you need one tidal wave as a titan. And then a smaller version to be compatible.
The original Armada Tidal Wave toy was the size of Siege Commander class Jetfire.TK415 wrote:o.supreme wrote:Seems all but inevitable now that Tidal Wave will be a CC for 2024, especially since they teased future compatibility for Armada Megatron.

And when they combined it looked terrible. If TW had been smaller, at least the components that combined with Megatron's arms, it would've looked better.Sabrblade wrote:The original Armada Tidal Wave toy was the size of Siege Commander class Jetfire.TK415 wrote:o.supreme wrote:Seems all but inevitable now that Tidal Wave will be a CC for 2024, especially since they teased future compatibility for Armada Megatron.

Yes it was. It's in my top 5 all time to this day. TW was made to look huge when he 1st appeared in the show, but he gradually shrunk down.TK415 wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:Yeah I also figured if there will be a compatible TW he will be leader sized. Oh, that makes sense, I didn't know that. Thanks for the info! I had only ever played the video game. That game was fun.
blackeyedprime wrote:mmm, actually like look of the titan but think they miss out when they dont have a base mode on toys that big.
They gave him an alternate "hidden" transformation to make him look more like his TF Prime character model? That's actually really quite brilliant, and awesome!
