And god, I hope this line gives that team a new, better name than 'female Autobots'. As team names go that's about as creative and unique as the G2 tech specs.

That would be a much needed change and hopefully the name has nothing to do with gender like Valkyries or Amazons.

Maybe reuse the The Cybertron Defense Team name from the Cybertron cartoon/toyline since Elita's has always been a Cybertron resistance team if my memory is correct.

I'm just hoping they'll be something I can be enthusiastic about. The Headmasters 2.0 and Bayformers just aren't cutting it.

Yeah One of the legs and the Wing are definantly Grimlock and Swoop and I think the Claw might be Hun-Gurr can't get an ID on that Jester foot tho

Ok let's get the most obvious ones out of the way, 1st pic is Grimlock, 4th is swoop.
Now on to the speculation part, I believe the leg in the 2nd pic is Blackarachnia, and the leg in the 3rd pic is some kind of raptor, hence why the foot has a hook like claw, so maybe Slash or Dinobot(beast wars). But can't wait till September 8th to find out.

I'd love to see Hasbro make their version of Nightbird with the Earth Wars coloring. Alas, I doubt they'd be doing it unless it were an exclusive to something. The foot looks like Moonracer's.

Intrigued by the icons in Swoop's image; symbols of the Thirteen?

Upper left is Grimlock, bottom right Swoop, bottom left is Slash due to the pronounced raptor claw. I can't wait to see Slash in his entirety as I've only seen blurry ones. Cindersaur looks to be a Fireblast Grimlock-esque coloration of Slash.

Stoked to see the neo-Dinobots that combine. Also hope to see the Predacons and Terrorcons as I'm a sucker for the beasts and also the micro-Pretenders as I've finally re-aquired Bugly after having to sell mine off over 18 years ago.

2018 is expected to be an expensive year for me.

The other leg is more than likely Legends Class Slash.

Divebomb, or any of the individual Predacons getting art would be quite a surprise, really. The CW Devastator set only had art for the big guy, it could be repeated for Predaking.

Yup, i totally forgot predaking will be made up of voyagers not deluxe figures

Regarding that teaser image that's definitely Grimlock and Swoop, most likely that Legends-Class Slash that was in the leaks (wonder if he'll turn into a weapon like some of the CW Legends figs), and probably Elita (or Moonracer).

Can't wait for the full reveal.

I'm super psyched about Power of the Primes!
Classics/Generations was a good start with some great figures.
Combiner Wars is pure love.
Titans Return is amazing G1 goodness with awesome headmasters all over.
The new line is just take my money and I need to buy a house to store
all the new Transformers.

Nothing but amazing in my eyes, no complaints.

Just one tiny request: War for Cybertron Slipstream retool/remold of one of the figures with a game accurate head please.

Any company making a sofubi that low on detail would be ashamed of itself. Assuming it's official this is definitely a mock-up showing proof of concept, probably 3D printed by Hasbro's design team. HasCon is going to be literally outside Hasbro's front door so expect them to display a bunch of stuff like this.

I'm loving the fact that Slash is making a crossover from the movie lines to the generations like. I love that!

Now do the same with Scorn and Nitro Zeus!!

Power of the Primes is looking to be a great line. I'm wondering what they will do with the Cybertron Resistance and Dinobot teams for the combined forms. Totally unprecedented really (Beast will not count for the dinobots). Although, if the Cybertron resistance (using it for the ladies) team combines, it will be the 2nd female combiner. man, we are moving along here!

Though, with the idea that they want to release the entire team in the same wave, where will Jazz, Dreadwind and Darkwing fit in? Wave 2 that is sort of random?

Actually, I think they are doing the exact opposite. None of the teams will be released in the same wave. And in the case of Jazz and Dreadwind/Darkwing, we might be waiting until waves 5 and 6 just to complete them.

I'm pretty sure that Slash's inclusion in the Generations line has less to do with him being a *beloved* character in the AoE line, and more to do with...Hasbro wanted a random 6th Dinobot, Legends class size. They could have went with any number of character names, or created a new one. Personally I think Sling (the Dimetrodon) would have been an awesome choice but...Raptors since JP and all that...

I'm not even saying he is a beloved character, just that a new character has made the crossover, such as Lockdown with his various incarnations, Lugnut, and Bulkhead
