I got my email confirmation within about 10 minutes of placing the final order. If you don't hear anything soon, you might want to contact Hasbro Toy Shop customer service.

Also, are you guys sure you hit "Order" at the bottom of the summary screen after putting in your payment information? It looked like a confirmation screen, and I'm glad that I scrolled all the way down and saw that the order actually hadn't been placed yet. That would have broken my heart if I had gotten that far and missed that last step.

With everyone else's horror stories about trying to order from HTS this afternoon, I'm reminded of the absolute **** show that was trying to order from MattyCollector.com back in the day. *shudders*

Yeah, I clicked order. I confirmed my purchase, they said that the order was set and I should be getting an email soon. It is going to suck hard if I don't get this. I'd, call customer service, but I'm currently at a doctor's appointment. Might call up a friend real quick to ask.

I got a confirmation from PayPal that HTS got the payment (transaction ID Number), and that is all. No e-mails or order number form HTS. Maybe those that pay directly form Credit/Debit get confirmations quicker? While those using paypal take longer?? I Hope...

Yeah, I paid by card, so maybe that does make a difference on how fast you get an email confirmation from HTS.

I paid by card since paypal wasnt working.

I got my cofirmation number and the page gives me the option to print. But still no e-mail. I wont bother with customer service though, I have better things to do and worst case scenario I order from Amazon Japan which would come out to the same price.

Everyone who still needs a confirmation email from HTS should check their order history on HTS to see if it actually did go through.

I was just on the homepage and saw something that says "Check back tomorrow."

This gives me hope as there is one that, straight-up' says "Sold Out."

I was driving when I noticed it came in stock. I pulled over and couldn't get a mobile order to go through so I tried the only sensible thing, my laptop via cellular hotspot. Had a similar experience as a lot of people where I had to keep trying over and over to get past the payment page and then when I finally clicked the order button... "out of stock".

Dammit. So I did the next sensible thing and locked down a preorder at bbts before those dry up.

I'm probably wrong but I have a weird feeling TotPs may go back up later, cause damn that was fast!

I checked out as a guest, and it requires an email address. There is no reason they won't send you one. I took a snapshot of my order number and checked-in using only that. It appears that it is there.

perhaps, but IIRC, even if you purchase as a guest (which i did), you should still get an e-mail since HTS has your e-mail that is linked to paypal...(unless you went in as a guest and straight up paid with your card...But even then I thought you had to put in an e-mail address ...)??

Welp, blast it all. I probably have the same fate. Might try to get him tomorrow if they really do plan to restock, but at this rate, I might as well forget about it and wait for takara tomy to save the day.

I kept checking every so often like every 510 min and for me it became available just after 9am PST was able to get it ordered after fussing with the slow site and getting past the error messages
But I finally was able to get it ordered

Will (and others in the same boat), call your card’s Customer Service and ask if they see a charge from HTS. HTS doesn’t charge unless they are sending out merchandise. You can at least get some closure on the matter ...

So, I called Hasbro's customer service and yup, I apparently wasn't fast enough. However, they did say that 1: the whole slow website problem and the failure to actually get the figure was their fault. They take full credit. 2 and most importantly: they asked me to send an email for my product code to see my validation for purchasing the figure. Now I don't know what they plan to do with this, as my card wasn't charged with any form of payment, maybe some compansation? Who knows, if they really do plan to restock tomorrow they'll hold on to one of the box sets for me?

Probably not though, I don't even expect compensation at this point, only a half-hearted 'sowwy we didn't get you your figure.'

Well... in the end, the answer is always takara anyway.

asbro toy shop charged me 3 times for the same amount and then reversed the transaction 3 times. Bunch of ****. I have not been this frustrated in this hobby for a long time. The amount of time spent on this crap was not worth it i the least. Going to amazon Japan.

Really? Whenever I have a problem like this Hasbro always gives me some kind of compensation. Once I emailed customer service about a bad defect on a Leader Class figure, and they told me to send me the toy and they would send me another Leader figure. They sent me a Primitive Skateboarding Optimus Prime.

But yeah, the Throne of the Primes is coming back in stock tomorrow anyway.

Interesting... Mine is charged with no return. I still have no confirmation email, but I'm not TOOOO concerned?

If I have a charge pulled, and an order number though, I don't see how I won't be entitled to one when they start shipping.

Wow you really lucked out there! I wonder if it was a case of them just grabbing the first one they saw to give back to you without realising it was the wrong one.
