Speaking of Novastar - my elbow joints are so tight I cannot twist the forearms. They move up and down fine (and allows for transformation), but when I try to twist them the plastic starts to twist. I haven't created any stress marks yet, but I can see that anymore force will (or snap the ball joints right off).

Moonracer's elbows move easy and freely.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Stupid Queestion: I’ve now walked into both my close Walmarts, and someone on here reported a similar case at their Target. In love three instances, on the shelves are at least 1 each of the Terrorcons and Jazz. So 4 Terrorcons and the Autobot, Are we sure there isn’t a Revision Wave. Or something floating around now? The Jazzes could be left over from previous cases unsold. But I have been watching those stores fairly regularly and I have a hard time believing that Rippersnapper is still on the peg and the remaining Dinobots and Moonracer have already cleared out. I just find it odd that we’re finding the Terrorcons all together at the same time when they were divided across 2 waves. Am I wrong?

No, he's mass retail in Japan. Looks like he does indeed come with the Prime Master so I guess there's now only two that wont be released in Japan. But what will the package look like?

Interesting, he's up on AmiAmi for 2,670 JPY or $23.98, cheaper than Amazon. Sure, you'll have to pay for shipping, but if you have other stuff on order that's actually a viable alternative.

I mean certainly possible that I'm seeing the leftovers it's some kind of previous way for wave 4, I just find it odd that we're not seeing The Usual Suspects on the pegs as well as Ripper snapper. If it were Wave 4, I would totally expect omastar to be gone, but where is Slug and blackwing? I don't know, like I said just seemed odd

For some reason, Rippersnapper was the only figure on the shelf for months on end with everyone else getting the dinobots and the shortpacked figures. Leaving ripersnapper all by his lonesome. So with wave 3 rolling in, you would often see all 4 terrorcons plus jazz.

Anyways, the point is there is no revision wave with all 4 terrorcons that we know of and plenty of alternate reasons why we sould be seeing that scenario

Heads up everyone Terrorcons are 16.99 on Amazon right now. They keep going in and out of stock at that price. So keep an eye on them if they are not that price when you log on. Just got the last 3 I needed over the last 30-40 mins.

I agree, WJ, that is the most likely explanation. Remember, Hasbro sent out restock of wave 2 recently, so that's probably intermixing with the wave 3 roll-out. Rippersnapper was 2 to a case in Wave 2, along with both Dinobots, while Moonracer and Darkwing were short packed at one a piece. The Dinobots are the most popular, so they sell out easily, along with the still short packed and highly sought after Moonracer and Darkwing. Rippersnapper was the easiest to come by back when Wave 2 first came out, so he's probably selling through more slowly, linger long enough for his Wave 3 friends to join him on the pegs.

I haven't seen a lot of instances of the Terrorcons all together at a store, but I have seen plenty of instances in the past month of the pegs being mostly Rippersnapper with a few of the Dinobots for good measure.

I thought that the Terrorcon wave was just them? When I've seen them they were the only new stuff or it didn't appear that anyone else shipped with them. Talking top shelf overstock at Walmart.

I also thought that wave 2 got restocked as I've seen quite a few of those too. Specifically the Dinos that everyone was seeking in 2 and a bunch of Moonracer recently where there were none. Though I have seen stores with a peg full of Jazz (band name, called it).

Got me, I just buy the ones I want when I see them and thank the magical stock fairies

Just thought I'd share, by this time next week if you ordered P/CP it should be in your hands.

Since TF Earth Wars seems to be in good with characters being revealed and released as part of the Generations line, does anyone think Sentius Magnus and Sentius Malus will end up maybe getting some sort of exclusive figures as a Prime Wars send off?

It's possible, but as new characters, and not establish Transformers characters, I wouldn't count on it. Also this late in the game, Hasbro is already designing for Siege, so if we do get them, it would probably under that sub line in print. But being new characters, I'm not sure they would be good candidates for exclusives simply because I don't see them having the same kind of fandom demand that would make people rush out to the stores to get them, the way we ran to HTS to get grotusque or to Amazon for punch / counterpunch and repugnus.

Wave 2 and Wave 3 from Takara.

Starscream wasn't all too suckage. Mine had a smaller right eye.Ugly as sin foil decals.

Moonracer great face sculpt and design. Wished her foot panels could have been folded.

"Buster" and "Hydra" are great modern updates (I also own the originals). Missed the PM/GM gimmicks.

Still haven't open the Prime Masters though (Gilmer)

Elita really fits the mold. Wished she was a car but hey, we finally get an official fig that looks like her original animation model) Takara's Vietnam gremlims just forgot to apply her innermost left wing decal. I should be thankful I guess, I didn't have swapped feet.

Optimal Optimus, looks good in the box (still haven't opened him yet)

Omigosh...these rowdy bunch are freaking AWESOME! Great updates from my visual reference here at seibertron as I never owned one.

Hung Gurr is both great and wtf of the set. Great recreation of the original but too bad he lost his "Jaws of Death knees as Abominus. Also, those freaking blinding foil stickers are really an eyesore,

Takara should have used tampos on him (especially the simulated rubsign on his left shoulder).

The locking peg to his shoulders (when Abominus) is a bit of concern as it is too short and the mounting hole's stability is in such a tight spot.

All the rest of the Terrocons that have the "rub sign" looked good when it was tampoed

The limb bots are all oozing with paint apps.

Rippersnapper's teeth are painted (yet Grimlock's aren't? )

Blot is so adorable.

Sinnertwin amazing ( though locking up his leg as limb mode is a bit frustrating.

I just got charged for my two P/CP figures. I wish they would have treated them like they do media and have them show up on the release date (Saturday), but instead they're apparently coming Wednesday which is pretty slow shipping for Amazon Prime.

This week, the Terrorcons came with me to work, and they got some attention, especially once Abominus showed up! But this is definitely the best combiner of PotP and in my opinion, the 2nd best combiner we got after Defensor.

He is pretty good. For my money, the worst we got is DEFINITELY Menasor because of the failings of the Motormaster/Optimus mold. It almost feels like a Generations Optimus that got shoehorned into being a combiner torso, rather than truly planned as one. There's the issue with the shoulder sockets being held up by small tabs that get strained by the weight of the limb robots thanks to the angle they're oriented at. There's the major oversight with the feet - if you have the legs configured per the instructions (tires side facing backwards) the feet actually get in the way of bending at the knee with a lot of limb robots - including the Stunticons. You know, THE ONES HE'S INTENDED TO COMBINE WITH. To actually make the combination work, you need to rotate his waist 180 so the tires face forwards. In this case, the obsession with designing the robot feet for split-A stances is actually a blessing. If they were flat, the feet would get in the way no matter which way the legs faced. Now, if provision was made for properly tucking the feet out of the way it wouldn't be a problem. But no, nobody was paying sufficient attention.

More to the topic of this thread, I finally got Elita today. She's nice, even if she's colored too much like Ramjet (which I will be noting when I submit a customer comment to Hasbro. As well as how covering the salmon on her Prime Armor might not have been the best use of the paint budget). Although speaking of oversights, between the design of her hands and the length of the pegs, she can't actually hold her guns very well. Which is kinda annoying. But on the other hand, they're obviously not really designer as her handheld weapons - they're supposed to be her shoulder antenna/gun things (I'm sure other people in this thread made that observation long before I did), and they do fit nicely into those pegholes. Elita's actual handgun has a different design.

I also picked up Bludgeon/Quintus Prime and Octopunch/Solus Prime today. I'm rather amused by Bludgeon's card art and how due to the ridges from the mold hollow on the bottom of the gunbarrel... the artist managed to interpret its melee weapon mode as a chainsaw sword rather than a studded club.

Verily! One of the best modern combiners. Though the hip (Hun gurr's) ratchets could have been tighter. And, well Hb/TT could have included his sonic concussion gun. If the charge is done, he could bludgeon nerd Computron with it.

I'll also repeat how I love the illusion done by the tampoed "rub signs" on him (except Hun gurrs which makes you wonder how the suits budgets the funds per figure.

Rippersnapper and Cutthroat had some solid beast limbs while Blot and Sinnertwin had a lot of hollow beast limbs.

Got myself his reprolabels set at 40% off too.
