Funny, I had ZERO intention on getting these guys...then I picked up Sinnertwin yesterday; kinda an impulse purchase...

....AND NOW I WANT ALL OF THEM!

I haven't gotten any of them yet. I was looking at Hun-Gurr the other day before picking up FOC Kickback, musing which one was more a priority. Kickback won. These guys, if Blitzwing and Springer isn't released much sooner than expected, are my current priority.

Well done, Kickback is fun! Fun to pose too.

I get the feeling that once all 5 hits the shelves, people are going to come up with some clever ways to combine them....making them way better than the pictures suggest.

I don't know, but if I had to guess, they don't want five-figure waves. Wave one of BH Cyberverse Legion was four figures, Wave two was three figures, and wave three seems to be three fiures as well, if preorder info can be trusted, which it usually can.

If it seems that their in-store release is just going to drag on with no date in sight, I'll prob just order them online soon as I see them.

Ebay and random other sites always have these things before stores do. (at least stores by me recently)

Well the next wave has the last three figs, and some people have managed to acquire them already, so it can't be that long.

BBTS just sent me an email that the Cyberverse Starscream and Shockwave I preordered are in, hopefully this means Rippersnapper, Windrazor, and Blight are close. After all, Wave 3 of Commanders and Wave 3 of Legion should ship around the same time, right? *Fingers crossed.*

In theory, yes. In reality, not always.

The last two waves, both sizes shipped at about the same time, so I'm staying hopeful and not letting you rain on my parade.

I'm just remembering last year, where we wound up getting wave 3 Commander and wave 2 Legion at the same time. Or maybe it was the other way around. Either way, they seem to be aligned this time around, so fingers crossed. ^^

Crappy thing is that i can't find a Hun-Gurrr anywhere accept for ebay and it's going for almost 30 bucks after shipping. I suspect i'll suffer the same issue with the next wave and never see the rest of the team up here in Canada. If i have to buy the entire team online i'll be looking at well over 100 bucks for Abominus.

I bought hun grrr on eBay for 7.99, and the remaining three for 12.99, just keep looking.

Hun-Gurrr was shortpacked in the only wave he was released in to date. As such most retailers don't sell him seperately, and those that do price him where it's better to do eBay.

I got my Hun-Gurr with Prowl and Soundwave from Big Bad Toystore, so I don't know a good place to get him on his own, but Prowl and Soundwave are both good figures too. Stil, it'd be nice if they shipped Hun-Gurr again in a future wave to make it easier to put Abominus together.

There's going to be a giftset for Abominus, y'know.

I know, but it'll be a target exclusive with different colors, plus I don't think it'll be out until fall, if I recall correctly. And I don't know who's that patient.

Me, apparently. XD The only carded one I HAVE to have is Cutthroat, since he's the one I had as a kid.

Ah, okay. Nostalgia isn't really a factor for me with these guys, I just like the little monsters.

nostalgia is the main reason I want these guys. Only g1 gestalt I completed. BUT I don't see them on sale on either of my usual stores or even on ebay. (even internationally they appear to be in short supply. and I kinda grudge paying Voyager prices for each one AND THEN shipping costs)

Even at bbts i can't buy Hun-Gurrr without buying a Soundwave and a BB as well($30). The rest of the team is easy enough to attain because bbts has the option of the other four for 34.99 plus shipping (another 20 bucks).
So even through bbts, i'm still close to the 100 dollar range. At retail they go for $6.99.
Might just have to go without an Abominus for a while. He's not worth any more than 40$ to me.
