That figure was the San Diego Comic Con exclusive in Matrix Packaging. It was available at the show and a few days after it was available on HTS.

Is it a deluxe class, or a Voyager class? Does it have any special paint aps and accessories that are worth it?

Will only it's packaging be "exclusive" or will I get screwed for at least 10$ because that same figure will flood my local Wallmart in a few weeks?

Deluxe Class.
Supposedly pecial paint apps, giving it a metallic look in some spots.
Accessories? Nothing extra from the main release coming in October/November.

The packaging is where it really shines. There's a magnetic holder that closes the box and doubles as a refrigerator magnet, plus the inner plastic shell is shaped like the Matrix and you can wear it. The box is just a pretty display piece.

Just as I tought. So, this is one toy taht it make sense to get and keep in packaging. All right, I'll buy one.
