There is that big mind-boggling Optimus plane whose wings are inexplicably car carrier trailers.
Then there'e that huge Optimus base playset where smaller bots can fit inside like carrion devouring a corpse.
Finally there's that pretty big Optimus with a sizeable trailer that can carry many "deluxes". However, the only way to get that is through Ebay.

Same characters, but different molds. That playset with Optimus, his trailer, and his friends would make your child NUT! That's a great starting point for a young kid.
It looks like all the Optimuses with trailer you have shown are the exact same toys but in different releases. So go with the one available.
