Though, he's not alone in that regard, as Alpha Trion, Prima, and Liege Maximo didn't have a "Prime" in their names either. That Bot wrote:The Fallen was Megatronus Prime.

Haha, you are not the only one to say/think that. He really does look like one of those late 80s early 90s G1 Takara bots. I think their articulation was slightly better though.

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

All he needs is a base mode. Those early 90's guys had some poor articulation, what can Prime move- his arms? Seems about the same.Even his legs are a single block! Screw it, I need this guy on my shelves!

I miss Armada's Mini-Cons.

Neither, it's a torpedo.
Shockwave7 wrote:Eecch.... I hope this line does well, simply as a supporter of the franchise. But the RiD line just isn't doing anything for me, any more than the Power Core combiner line, or any of the movie toys.
TFA is the only breakaway line from Classics/Universe/Generations figures that I've liked. I don't see people breaking down doors or hounding retailer websites to get the RiD figures. On the other hand, they can't keep Combiner War figures on the shelves, they're selling so fast.

I was thinking of that. You are right on the money for trypticon. But Scorponok was surprizingly quite articulated for a G1 toy. He felt the more modern of the bunch.

I saw the pre-order notice on the boards here while I was at work, and thought "meh, I can wait till tonight when I get home from work". BUT NO. They're gone. S'not a big deal though, I'll just snap up HLJ's pre-order whenever it pops up.
It was amazing?william-james88 wrote:Shajaki gave us this amazing post the day he was available:

Star Convoy, yes. But it's more than just that. He fits neatly in with guys like Sky Garry, Roadfire, Sonic Bomber and all of those bots. So much so that I'd REALLy dig a similar packaging style in order to seal the deal.
I will get this guy. It's amazing what a bit of paint can do to improve this mold.
