Or

Those later meanings bare more resemblance to the tone of Sarcasm.
As I wasn't being sarcastic - I was commenting on an unexpected series of events and as such the usage is I feel perfectly valid.

If it helps you can take the intent of the original statement to be one of me commenting on something I found "amusingly incongruous" instead.

Got a full refund, ordered a new one. Funny thing if I didn't open the box I would've never known it was broken. The fasteners Hasbro uses held the torso in position, once removed the torso slid down

Honestly, I like the simplistic transforming designs. I know they turn into bricks but it makes a cool toy. But if they are not sturdy they dont win in my book. That's the appeal to me of the 3-steps. they seem sturdy.

I think it was a freak accident. It had to happen after it was packaged, perhaps before it left the factory.

At least they have weapons....unlike many legends class guys

Funny how they remoulded some Legions/Legends in the past to take weapons and then stopped packing the figures with weapons and yet still used the remoulded versions just to annoy you.

Yes it is irritating that Legends "Generations" toy don't come with Partners any more - I can deal with it so long as Takara remember to put them in Future Campaign releases as they sometimes do, otherwise we could really do with another Minicon giftset like we used to get only this time with "Targetmasters".

I suppose some people were pretty please they at least had the option to get the right gun for Strongarm via a later Japanese Optimus toy - that was better than not having it at all I guess.

I always likes how each MOTU 200X toy of Man at Arms had a different mode of his gauntlet weapon allowing you to swap them around and expand your play options a lot - I appreciated that - I wonder if they might ever think to do something similar with Transformers - but then they only "Sometimes" have transformable weapons in the Media and usually not multiple modes (though I guess Optimus in Prime & Movie Optimus had them).

Is there anything like that in RID's TV show that is missing from the available weapons that come with the toys that people would like to see. ?

That killed the RID deployer line for me. A simple swivel would've fixed it fine.

Really is unfortunate considering a few swivels would have made both deployers and deployees soooo much better
