Weird how we're getting everything else(movie & tv trailers & info ect) coming out of comicon....but yet not one peep about The Last Knight? now....obviously i'm not expecting a teaser or trailer at this early stage, but i thought something might've been revealed at ComiCon by now!(YES i know that ComiCon continues today & we still may get some snippet of news....or not?....but maybe i'm just too eager to hear at least something new coming outa there

I sincerely doubt it, wwith all due respect, what would they have to reveal that they wouldn't wait till a reveal trailer.

they usually release a teaser around about the Superbowl time

but like i stated....it DOESN'T have to be a trailer! they could've released more info about the film at SDCC, as they do with OTHER films, tv shows ect

Another thing to consider stu is that bay likes to control the flow of information and if the past is anything to go by, will withhold the plot till much later on. Besides we don't need any other details yet, let's let them actually finish shooting the movie till we ask for stuff

Besides, what plot will there be to speak of? These movies are just nauseating chains of explosions, each more bombastic and heartless than its predecessor.

Much as I might agree, you'll just tire yourself out replying to everyone like this and it's not much different from just going on a G1, TFP or IDW thread and continuously posting about how they clearly suck (whichtheydont). Let the peeps enjoy their movies on their own threads mang

Via the 'lifestyle' section of Deadline Detroit, we get a look and a report on the current filming activities in the Michigan city - and a direct link to The BananaDoctor, who is currently watching the set from an office, as it happens - as we find out that London is in fact, also in Michigan: it appears some of the set dressing is to recreate the UK's capital for fight, chase, and explosion sequences.

Find below a short clip, some images of the set, and some stunt action from Mark Wahlberg and doubles, too, as we find more of the BayBuster car flipping machine, and a sword shows up in Cade Yaeger's hands..!

I think it's a joke about bumblebee being a convertible now, hence topless. Remember dragons is also using a translation tool.

He means since the new car in the movie is a convertible with the top down, he's wondering if the toy will be the same, like Sideswipe in Dark of the Moon.

Via the very active Instagram account of the Transformers: The Last Knight marketing team, we have two minor updates. In one clip, embedded below, Josh Duhamel / Lennox, makes a rousing speech about checking the Transformers Facebook page every Tuesday to get behind the scenes updates from the set (we'll stay tuned for you).

In the other, the IDW people were rightfully excited to spot two comics from their production, both part of the Transformers series (and one issue from when it was still called Robots in Disguise) by John Barber, and one with art by Andrew Griffith (issue #13) and one by Sara Pitre Durocher (issue #47). Just an easter egg, or a chance that some ideas might find their way on screen? Check it out below, and speculate away!

It's always seemed bizarre to me that IDW and Bayformers run at the same time - like, on one hand you have MTMTE which is clever, fresh, interesting, hailed as one of the greatest contemporary comics period by critics and has characters and situations that are deep, relatable and interesting on a level never before seen in Transformers... and you have Bayformers which is about as generic an action movie as you can get.
Not meaning that as an insult to Bayformers I just find it kinda funny
