Instruction Sheet Leaked for Titans Return Nautica
- Motto: "'till All Are One"
Ready for your daily Transformers leak? Well coming again from 变形金刚改造工厂的淘宝店, who leaked the Titans Return cards and Skullitron, is the instruction sheet for Nautica. Of course she has the same transformation as Blurr, so let us know if you still found this fun to see. This does at least hint that these toys are coming quite soon if they are this far in the production cycle and already hitting China in some strange manner (since they are made in Vietnam now).

Huh. We don't get instruction leaks all that often, now do we...still, neat to see.

That shield-less vehicle mode strangely looks like it could be a decent boat mode. Cybertronian boat mode, anyway.

Do the bots in these boxsets come with collector cards? If not, I'm much disappointed.

Its the same as the CW boxsets, which means that instead of cards or comics, you get a poster of the group.
Also, I really really love this photo:
They are in different scales and differet styles but they still all work so well together. Its a love letter to the brand showing how everything can co exist and look awesome!

And here I was trying to get enough cards to make my own card game to play.

Posters are alright.
In the short term though, I have my eyes on Krok and Windblade whenever she comes out. Obviously Triggs, Slugs, and Missy, but those three can wait a bit.

All my boxsets came with cards, but I had to only choose one g2 redeco and they didn't have bruticus

Hmm. Maybe it's based on country - I can't remember if I ordered mine from America or Canada. It was during that whole crazy period where she was down to around 40$ and just kept lowering by the minute. ... think we'll have that for any of these boxsets?
I wonder if they do have cards they'll characterise the included characters as some sort of team.

all one really needs to do is to cut the hand guns off here is an example of a custom that does that.

At this point I think Hasbro is intent on making Blurr's gun in every colour of the rainbow ; The real joke is that the gun isn't even like his gun in shape anyway - so what were they basing it on I have to wonder.
At this point Blurr's gun is just the standard Autobot pistol sidearm in fact if a character comes with an additional weapon I give the "pistol" to characters like Bumblebee who don't come with weapons the silver ones that come with Blurr goes well with any character that can hold the weapon.
I was annoyed at first on how much the gun mold was used but now I adore them and I would totally buy a pack of 10 guns and make a weapons rack for all of them but really why has Hasbro never made a weapons accessory kit like say AOE Hound but without the figure?
No but seriously if anyone got sick of theirs I would totally buy them or just buy a bunch of discount Hasbro Blurr's and just resell them without the weapon.

Sometimes I really do wish HasTak would sell little accessory packs; a bag of guns or swords or even proper Combiner hands and feet would go a long way.

I'm assuming this kind of post is fine since this is the Titans Returns thread?
Anyways this is my collection of "Pistols" which I'm using as the standard Autobot firearm Nautica's purple gun will go great with them but I wish I could get more silver ones.
I also made a custom cannon made from one of TR Powermaster Prime's guns and the small pistol from RID Stormshot and they look fantastic together.

Here are my three "Custom" bodies for Titanmasters just to give anyone inspiration on which body they should use.

Sawback is just Sawback on Sentinel's body which looks great espically with my custom cannon

Nightbeat the world's most terrified detective is Hasbro Blurr with Nightbeat's head and they have the same blue plastic so it works meanwhile Fangry is Windwipe with the bat head removed (You can pull it off it's not on pins or anything) and his limbs switched around to make him more distinct from Mindwipe

Bandai makes weapon packs for their Gundam kits. Never mixed the two, but they may be close enough if you add some tape or putty to hold them in place.

Some of those Generic guns might be useful in pairs which wouldn't be so much an issue if they were not fruit flavours.
I guess I didn't see that skid as useful as I assumed that blurr-pod wouldn't need any support as the 5mm post holds it - and other don't have any such support - and in many cases the height is going to be off the ground anyway.
So it seems that ski exist just to make the shield-gun self-standing then I suppose. (Not sure why that is needed though).
But with that idea in mind I looked at the other weapons and I got to thinking that may explain why Megatron has a little tricycle of pins on his gun too.
I guess I just didn't ever think of using them in that way especially as many of them can't sit flush on the ground anyway due to the 5mm handle.
To be honest a lot of them have been popped in a part bin an replaced with other things anyway. I'd like them better with some gap fillers or if Hasbro or someone else makes Powermaster like mini-figures that can lay down in the turrets to power them.
But as to Blurr's Gun type I tend to look upon them like Armada weapons as hybrids of guns and missiles.

I feel like minifigure chainsaws would be a little small though, wouldn't they? (Again, I haven't read IDW so I don't know for certain what size Pharma's chainsaws should be.) It might be a little far in the other direction, but these pieces might work a little better, even if they don't look quite as sharp and actually saw-y:

(There isn't really have a size reference in the image but it's probably about two or three inches long.)
Regardless, from what I can tell if definitely seems like the Triggerhappy mold is a great fit for Pharma, minus the giant guns of course. Those wings especially are totally spot-on!

Put two of those pistols on the Classics Seeker mold and you'd have some sweet-looking Null Rays for that mold (as those are very much modeled after the typical Seeker Null Ray design).Deadput wrote:Anyways this is my collection of "Pistols" which I'm using as the standard Autobot firearm Nautica's purple gun will go great with them but I wish I could get more silver ones.

A full toyline for MTMTE/LL (and possibly TAAO and OP) would be to -die- for.
We've got a few perfect ones already - Magnus, Skids, Swerve - but man if I don't want 'em to go the full haul.

Re: Transformers Titans Return Product Reveals, News, Updates, Rumors, Leaks and more!
Some of the new IDW Decepticons would be welcome to me to use as Commanders of City states (like Straxus or Starscream were) I wouldn't really know what to do with specifically IDW characters that lack a easy way to re-use them - I suppose they might consider doing something along those lines if they bring back the pack-in comics so people know what the toys represent (when they are not obvious).
I would expand the idea out further though and ask the question what will they do with Generations in 2018 once Prime Wars 3.0 is gone - move over to another cartoon related line retiring RID & Generations in the process and put it on hiatus for that lines duration.
Or might they do what I suspect they might do and reboot 2006's line up and start all over again.
I don't mind if they throw the odd comic Character and the line but a whole line of comic related toys might not be in the current teams tastes - besides looking back Thrilling 30 was a pretty poor toyline overall. at least in terms of them being toys I want to revisit and play with - they seem to remain untouched by me at least.

After Prime Wars 3.0 they could totally move back to just doing normal figures and/or have individual gimmicks attached to one or two of them rather than line-wide things; much like CHUG before CW.
Don't get me wrong, I've been loving the line-wide gimmicks so far and with the exception of a few obvious characters being excluded (Sunstreaker, Horrorcons, 1988 Small Headmasters...) I think they've been implemented almost perfectly.
But I do also kind of want to just get a figure without a line-wide gimmick having to be put into it. I'd love for the 2018 or 2019 line to just have an IDW Rodimus or a remake of TFP Knock Out with the gimmick being that they're toys of IDW Rodimus and TFP Knock Out.
Though also, if we keep going with line-wide gimmicks, I would be extremely open to Combiner Wars 2 in order to get the beast combiners.
