Meh. Cerebros is a whiney pacifist. He only gets his act together when Spike can call the shots. Fortress Maximus just shows up briefly in the twilight hours of the original series anyway. (Let's just forget about the Japanese series for now. That's the only way my argument works). The four who really got the spotlight in "The Rebirth" are all accounted for above. As for Optimus Prime and Megatron, they're only "Headmasters" come lately. Powermaster Optimus Prime was a Powermaster in G1. Hi-Q became his engine block, not his head. Megatron was still Galvatron at that point, and he never upgraded at all.

Mind you...with TR PMOP they really should've kept the Hi-Q name for the TM

Those are 2 different things. The release date isnt equal to the time you will see it on shelves. For example, the release date of Wave 2 was around August 15th but they didnt appear on shelves until later. The release date for wave 3 online should be mid to late november. True, they probably won't hit your local retail stores on the release date. However, online retailers will either get them on, or around, the release date or they'll offer pre-orders.

Christ! i was half hoping we'd get Wave 3 before 2017 at least on the road up to this christmas i was expecting Leader Class Six Shot to be coming out.

When the "Most famous Headmaster" line was dropped- Nightbeat actually popped into my mind first. But that is likely as I barely watch any Transformers related animated TV shows.

There is also the issue of "What about Decepticon Headmasters" such as Scorponok - he's pretty famous too.

I've always had a soft spot for the Decepticon ones too. Heck I even kinda adore Horribull simply as he looks like a Ghostbusters Terrordog.

I'd rather they slowed down bringing out the waves. I mean Wave 1 came out, like... what, late August? 3 waves in 5 months is a little insane imo

Although saying that! I think CW Wave 1 dropped in the UK around about the very end of December beginning of January sometime

Seriously though, the Christmas inventory in the US, at least, will be wave 2. Or else where did al these toys go? The deluxes have yet to show up at Walmart or TRU.

No! Wave 3! but the UK seems to be ahead of the US at least with some figs(remember wave 1 of CW? it came out in the UK before the US got it) & it seems to be the case with TR Soundwave too(UK got it before US).

Neither of those is an indication we'll get Wave 3 early. CW Wave 1 was... early 2015 or so and it never happened again. I think it's much more worth noting that we never got CW Wave 2 and Waves 5 and 6 were rather difficult to find outside the Wave 5 Voyagers.
Did we get Soundwave before everyone else? I don't remember that being the case and if it was we didn't get it THAT far ahead, and it was only a single figure.

Now now! CW Wave 5's already out in the UK! & at least Sky Lynx has appeared at TK Maxx as part of Wave 6! + The Entertainer website has CW Wave 6 Deluxes on there(even though they've still to put in an appearance in store) but quite frankly....we all dunno WHAT is going to appear next? or where? but....if wave 3 were to appear in the UK at some point in the run up to Christmas....i'm sure that we'd all be dutifully informed by Kurona &/or anyone else on here who resides in the UK

Didn't the UK get the Windblade wave of RID Warriors first too.

Seems to be in a bit of a drought again at the moment - but I expect the floodgates will open either November 1st or November 6th.

Once the seasonal Halloween is out of the way If your lucky and it doesn't simply get replaced with Xmas Wrapping paper and baubles then maybe the Supermarkets might think "Hey it's Christmas is a few weeks maybe we should get some toys in again".

The problem I've seen this year isn't that there isn't toys - but that what there is is very slanted towards girls toys it's sometimes not the usual 60-40 it's more like 80-20 in Tesco at the moment it's so bad even the Lego & Rogue One build up is negatively effected.

The other odd thing is that soft toys are kinda hard to get these days too. - No idea why - I see them mostly in the oddest of places like Wilkinsons, B&M and TRU of course.

But Supermarkets seem to sell very few of them these days.

As the old lament goes for a UKsters "I miss Woolworths" Perhaps Very should open some shops rather than just being an online thing.

Just to say that wave distribution can go either way. We got Silverbolt and all the rest before everyone else, but that was the exception rather than the rule - our Transformers distribution is a horrific, confusing mess.

Aye i know, it's sporradic & all over the place, some figs get released first in the uk! while there's tons of others that don't! & some don't even get released in the UK at all......*cough*..hasbro gen metroplex, hasbro tr fort max, TRU..*cough*

but i'm still hoping Six Shot will get released in the UK at some point in the run up to christmas(fingers crossed)

I keep missing it because every haul of wave 2 deluxes is from Walgreens and I just keep hearing sightings from there and only there. Thats weird though about Walmart. If they had one or two cases on shelves then that means they have a whole ton of stock somewhere (we know Hasbro sent them all their stuff). So then do you think it was just a scheduling mishap and they were intending on getting rid of wave 1 before moving on to wave 2?

thats exactly why i dont want the hasbro version besides the cartoon accuracy

Typically stores just put out whatever shows up. But since I've seen others here say that they've seen wave 2 replaced with wave 1 this could actually be at the Hasbro level. If the Wave 2 shortage is real Hasbro could be scrambling to get whatever they can out to retailers. It would also explain why revision wave 2 is all six original Headmasters (sans Brainstorm), gotta make up for shortcomings, we don't need more Scourge and Blurr.
