They're doing a box set for the technobots why would they release them individually? And They're not getting rid of targetmasters and powermasters, this line is dedicated to headmasters so that's what They're doing now. We'll probably get the others down the line.

Technobots weren't going to be released individually. Box set only. This line is all about Head... I mean Titanmasters. We'll probably still get Targetmasters here and there like we have throughout the Generations figures like Scoop and some Legends figures. Don't really know enough about Powermasters to speculate on those, though.

As said before that's only Wave 1 of 2017, so I doubt they'll stop there. Expect the likes of Misfire, Slugslinger, Sureshot, Pointblank and Crosshairs. Maybe Joyride, Slapdash, possibly Darkwind/Darkwing, Dreadwing/Dreadwind and maybe a Voyager Doubledealer to round them all out.

Ugh, all the names are giving this bunnycat a headache...

I will be getting most of these. The Megatron will be getting Autobot symbols and will be my Lost Light Megatron. I might actually get two of him. Definitely getting Wolfwire and Mindwipe. I love mechanical beasts. Doublecross is a definite as well. Triggerhappy is likely. Not sure about Optimus since I will get PM Prime, so I don't exactly need Star Convoy Prime. Sixshot is a definite. Hopefully Hot Rod is good since it is time for him to get a replacement from his Classics version. Hoping for a version that looks like his Lost Light version. Not getting Getaway as I will be getting Chromedome.

Overall, pleaded with this development.

anyone else getting a deviantart vibe from that Sixshot? Man, I'd be stocked to get one but I also don't want to be taken in by false rumors. I want this confirmed before I get too happy.

The last few times we had Titan Return leaks they all came true (Alpha Trion etc) I'm pretty sure it's all but confirmed.

I'm sure that art is just a rough draft the actual box art should look more refined.

I very much get that vibe. The coloring is all off from the other box art images.

Well, with no cartoon associated with CW and TR, the younger audience is more likely to go for the RiD line. Just from CW, red prime shelfwarmed in my area up until white prime came out, who shelf warmed less than red prime but still for a while. Both of those were the same price point as the TR voyager prime. That will also make 4 primes within 9 waves. Too many versions of the same character leads to shelfwarming (see Bumblebee).

That's what I hoping...its just so epic it feels too good to be true. Man...I really hope its for real.

RiD2015 is far more guilty of that crime, with the same characters in every price point. Plus, Bumblebee is his own case, too many versions and overproduced in a single year. Thankfully, Hasbro learned its lesson.

Maybe I'm lucky, as my area (Dallas TX) has hit Waves 5 and 6, and has only those waves. No Sky Lynx though. On the flipside, in the Netherlands the line moved as slow as molasses.

Whoever is getting these leaks out over and over again is really good at staying anonymous.

There are only like what 4 recent Generation Optimus Prime figures and even then there has only been two in the same year/line and even then they had different decos and heads.


I'm sure Prime won't shelf warm he is pretty much the face of transformers and kids and adults like him as apposed to Bumblebee where it was the kids who love him and the adults are getting sick of his overexposure.

With Doublecross coming down the pipe, do we think the other Monsterbots are gonna get a release? I personally doubt it since the other two are the more outlandish of the three. I'd like to everyone else's thoughts.

My intentions are to wait to see if Megatron is redone as Flywheels, cause I want a Flywheels, and see what voyager Prime looks like. Who knows, maybe I'll go with him instead of the Powermaster Version. Then again, maybe I will go with this Megs as well so I have a voyager Megs and Prime(CW version) and get PMOP so that way I have leader prime and Megs.

it is isn't it? it's been a steady progression of delivering the goods. Started with generations figures which were hit and miss and space fillers, now since combiner wars they've also included a sort of narrative and some cross media promotion. One of my biggest pet peeves besides the releases of new versions of characters that were done relative recently...is that hasbro could've pushed the brand even more and have better synergy and timings with the other products. Think it would have been a way of getting more toys in actual kids hands. Transformers Prime was amazing as were many of the figures but I can see why it might not have connected with kids...

I'm excited for the product in these. I don't like these leaks, but hey, once they're out there, they're out there. It's too bad to see so much rushing to judgment; a rendered product in a completely static pose on a pantone sheet in some form of the production process isn't going to be presented in an exciting way. I'm in no rush to judge the quality of these toys. The design concepts are cool, and that's good enough for now.

Also, hope anyone wasn't looking forward to SDCC reveals, because outside of Platinum and RiD, there ain't gonna be a dang thing new to see!

Also, since I forgot before, I'm gonna go ahead and say that Doublecross mold gets retooled into Fangry. Animal proportions just scream "hey, I could be Fangry too!"
