Bradimus wrote:On a different note regarding Titan Master Optimus Prime, I'll find it strange if it turns out to be the Star Convoy styled head because I think that is a niche market. It would make far more sense for Hasbro to release voyager Optimus Prime with the Star Convoy head (even though he's already been displayed with the standard OP head) and release the regular OP head as the Titan Master class toy. That way people who go the Power Master Optimus Prime route will want to get Titan Master OP for the regular head to replace the Orion Pax head, and people who go the voyager OP route will want TMOP for the regular head as well. But that's just my thinking. I'm sure Hasbro knows what it's doing.

And I'm really looking forward to those guys. It sounds like an awesome thing

I'm more curious about their new namesI could see Trizer/Toraizer being called "Nightstalker", but Shuffler... We haven't had that many pachyderms, have we?

Yeah it looks a bit like it with the legs. If it is, I hope they ditched the whole beast mode and gave him a jet mode. (looks like it with the lack of beast kibble and added jet wings on him.) Kinda wonder how they'd turn a lion into a jet though.

The same way they turned a space boat into an assault helicopter, a SWAT vehicle into a jeep, and a jet into a space ship.

It would help if you said which figures you were referring to, I can only tell CW Rook
Anyway, I saw an image comparing "Broadside"'s legs with Alpha Trion's, and the similarities are too great to ignore. However, the recent trend isn't just retooling, but parts sharing between two unrelated molds, which seems to be the case here.
With CW Hasbro expanded on pretooling, with TR Hasbro seems to be experimenting with shared engineering and parts. Can't wait to see how that will play out.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

william-james88 wrote:Jut got Hardhead the other day and ... urgh. I dont know what you guys see in him. I mean people speak of hollow transformers but this guy takes the cake. The entire back is hollowed out (see pics below) and they even hollowed out the gun. I mean come on, at least make a cool sculpted design out of it. But no, just chunks missing from the gun. And there are literally no paint apps. Golden age of TFs my butt.
