Whoa! He IS really nice. I've never been a fan of "panel forming", and the PRID toys are full of it, but the more of them I acquire, the more it grows on me. When it works well it really works. My first thought with his arms was WHAT THE ... but then I started posing him and was quickly impressed. I also didn't realize just how black and purple he was. That always works on me. The auto head flip is a nice touch. To bad I waited so long. If he was reg reets (regular retail) I would army build my face off with this guy.

Glad you like him Cobotron. I too fell in love with a new toy today that people were praising: Combiner Wars Blackjack!

Holy smokes, the engineering on this toy is perfect. It is the great successor to the Scout class toys of old where the deco, sculpting, engineering and articulation is on par with the other classes, just at a smaller scale with characters made for said scale. He is perfect. I am alawys impressed when they reinvent car transformers which are the most common type. And while his forearms and hands are stuck to a panel they look like hands all on their own in robot mode. A++ as well.

Oh and a friend fixed me up with Junkion. A fun little toy

I'm not entirely sure they are prototype pics, as the Jet Vehicon General is grey by standard (based on Starscream's "seekers" in the show) so it kind of makes sense for the Ground dude to be the same colour.

Ok I'll pay that, you've got a point there.

I will counter with the thought that it still may be the intended colour, as another TAV figure revealed at the same time, Runabout, was just a re-colour of a press shot of Hasbro's Blackjack to reflct intended colours.

Music Label Soundblaster for half the price. I'm so sorry I passed on him all this time. (The mold, that is.) What a fantastic figure! I love the interchangeable hands and he's just the right scale to go with CHUGOMGWTFBBQLOLRAMALAMADINGDONG or whatever we're calling it this week.

Waiting on a miniSD card from eBay to use his MP3 feature. It's not that I need it, but I have to try it.
