I'm going to go and jam my iPhone into a tape deck now so I can relax with some music, as apparently that's what Hasbro based the Blaster/Rewind play pattern on from real life.

But for real, why isn't that a thing? A phone dock that looks like a tape deck? That would sell crazy well.

Found a CW Legends Shockwave for a respectable price while out today with my dad. I got him as my desktop toy of choice for the moment. I find it to be a logical pick.

Niiiice! What do you think of them? I really like my Roadbuster (though I do have some certain... quibbles with him), and when I had him I absolutely adored Thundercracker.

Roadbuster is not bad. His legs are giving me issues, but he's pretty good. I like all the guns.

But Thundercracker is the real winner of the 2. I like the Jetfire mold and Thundercracker is my favorite Seeker, so He has those going for him. and he's a good mold in terms of looks and colors and he's very IDW, which I love. Plus, that jet mode is to die for. It's awesome!

Check out the nice mask I got for Bee. Mask came from Shajaki and was painted by Kanrabat

The fact that the mask's crest is a shade darker give it an unexpected paint aps!
I'm glad to see that painting the thing blindly was not a mistake.

Ok, so lets close out another week of hauls with this nice one here:



And that complete both my collection of molds from Cybertron and my ROTF deluxe collection. Sadly, while i have been looking (locally) for that crosswise/smokescreen mold for 3 years now, it turns out I am not that big a fan. What they are going for was better achieved with the RID brothers, in a sleeker way too. And for some reason, I never ever noticed that giant kibble in the back with the two spikes extending way out there. Car mode is nice though and transformation is good too. But that robot mode isnt great at all and its a poor example of extraneous kibble distribution.

As mentioned in the Combiner Wars section I got Battle Core Optimus at T.J. Maxx tonight for $14.99.

I also finally ordered Armada Skywarp from the Transformers Club. They have him on sale for Columbus Day weekend at $50, down from $70. Still cost $15 to ship which is ridiculously high, but $65 is much better than $85. Glad I waited, now I finally have a complete set Armada jets to go with my originals. Just wish there was a counterpart for the Sam's Club Starscream which I refer to as Thrust (yes, I know there's already a Thrust). At least I have Jhiaxus.

We can find them for cheap in a clearance store in Canada, but the shipping from here to Euroland will be a dealbreaker.

Sjeng - Your list is coming alomg nicely. It's fun to watch you chip away at it.

Emerje - BC is fun. It's cool to have a different option to scramble. I keep looking at the Thunderclash Repros, but can't pull the trigger because the White Knight is just so cool and clean.

Will - Oh man, kinda bummed that Somkey didn't live up to your expectations. He is a kibble jammer, but I always kind of appreciated that he had such a classic car-bot form.
But what about that scout Breakdown? That is one of my all time fav movie era toys. Actually all 3 of those scouts are some of my favs.

Edit: Oh, and I dig your red Bee. Way to pull together Team Canada!
