Ordered the Optimus Prime evo 2 pack from amazon for $30. Orion Pax (Kup repaint) looks interesting. Don't know anything about the other figure.

I had a really slow mail week, but this arrived on Friday!

I already have the Commemorative PM Prime, but Godbombers missile is one of those resculpted oversized "don't choke on this" things they did. And obviously I couldn't have that sitting next to Fire Guts and Nucleon :lol:

You are in for a real treat then. It is to this day the most complex and beefy deluxe with the highest parts count. You will enjoy him, I am sure.

Damn that poster looks cool but then the scale issues and the fact both Hot Rod and Rodimus Prime are in the same place starts to bug me.

And Divebomb's flying in like he's late to join Predaking but Preds got some wings anyways.

The poster is all sortsa wrong, but the glow in the dark aspect hit that 80s sweet-spot.

I used to have the top right portion of that poster on the inside of my bedroom closet when I was a kid. I'd leave the door open and then go inside and shut the door for the glow effect.

Anyway, got an awesome deal from Mandarake!

Only ¥2,000 ($18) for the pair plus another $18 or so to ship so $36 total for the pair. Boxes are a little beat, but they're complete and in good shape (Primal is nice and stiff, but Megatron is a little loose in places). Considering either one of these could go for more than $36 each I couldn't be happier! :-D

Primal should look good next to Titanium Optimal Optimus and mini Transmetal Primal.

Picked up these two assholes on sale. Two of the worst criminals in Cybertonian history -- £10 and £15 each :lol:

I'm intimately familiar with the Dead End mold by now thanks to Streetwise, Dustup and to some extent Chromedome. It's a good one, though I am starting to get a little bored of it -- still, preparation for POTP is never a bad thing, right?

Found myself fairly impressed by Sentinel. Not quite as good as Megatron, but still a pretty solid triple changer with great vehicle modes and an awesome robot mode with wonderful poseability. I'm also a huge fan of that intimidating headsculpt, and the colour scheme goes over so much better in real life than it does looking at it on a screen. Orange is one of those colours and this particular colour scheme is one of those ones that you really have to experience in real life to appreciate, like Victorion.

I also got this due to it also being on sale. Limited to 100 pieces? Needs to be used with Fort Max or Metroplex but I haven't got any and it's gonna be too big for anyone else? Dude, I don't care, it's £15! :lol:

It's a big 'un alright.

As soon as I took it out the only word I could think of two describe it was 'magnificent'. The translucent red and the colour applications are downright beautiful and the size and shape of this thing is ridiculously cool. I can hold it in my hand and it doesn't even feel undersized there! Such a cool item.

Guess it was a good day for Sentinel Prime. This big box of evil came from TFSource Tuesday:

Really just trying to get free shipping for Black Convoy while also getting some figures I've wanted. Dragotron is for my Go collection, he was on sale for $20 so I couldn't pass him up. Galvatron and Sentinel were $50 for the pair so no real savings there. Their best prices on ebay would have only saved me a couple dollars so the price is still good. I haven't seen either of them locally since Christmas, though I know some people are swamped by them.

New haul arrived!

Got these two secondhand for €30,- total. Probably selling them for a profit to finance the upcoming PotP.
Can anyone help me with a price check for these? Skyhopper is missing 1 gun on the wings.

Also came in the mail today:

I'll see what PotP Predaking will cost and look like, and if he's better (I doubt it though), I may sell this again and het the Hasbro version (if I can find it here).

To be honest, that sort of condition (yellowing) you won't get much for them. If you find the right person you might get 50 pounds.

But with the yellowing and missing parts, (plus PMOP has been reissued in recent years) finding the right buyer might be hard.

Sell them to Kanrabat for parts. P.S. Kanrabat, G1 Prime can be folded up to fit in the PMOP trailer, just in case you want to try something different that's been done before.

yeah one stack did indeed break off, hadn't noticed it. I paid €30 for both, so dunno what the other one's worth?

on a positive note: the guy who sold me Roadbuster found the missing gun and will send it my way

negative note: Feral Rex is missing 1 piece of his sword hilt (the black thing that can fold. I only have 1).

I found this guy at Toys R Us today. He's a pretty neat little dude, especially if you need to have pizza delivered on the Open Water.

While there, I also saw the new Hasbro Masterpiece Prime, and leader class Megatron and leader class Optimus Prime from the last night. While I'm not interested in paying Toys R Us leader class prices, I will say that Megatron figure has a very beautiful face sculpt.

I went to a used book store and got a new comic. Got Fangry at the store a few days ago and I figured I'd show him off too. (Megadeth CD was also found at the used book shop. Hooray metal! :twisted:
