It's that simple."
First, a MIRACULOUS FIND at Walmart. A lone PotP Rippersnapper was waiting for me. On sale at 15$CAN too! I got some anime figures that I'll show off OVER HERE.
Last but really not the least, I finally caved in after years of eying her out. The Kiss Players Autorooper Atari anime figure with Autorooper microbot. FULL EXTENSIVE REVIEW OVER HERE.

Relax guys, I'm not replacing you.
See, I got them so I can use Battleslash, Roadtrap and Battletrap all at the same time. Still working on the headcannon there, but I'll figure something out.

Then, with a huge shout out to Emeraldbwing in the sightings, I found the terrorcons at a store about 17 miles away. Worth it.
Abominus is just glorious.
But I think the Blot is the real gem of the whole group, and possibly all of PotP for me, if for no other reason than the 1/2 between robot/alt mode right here. I love it!

If your asking how much longer should you wait before pulling the trigger, and buying them online, I’m in the same boat. I really don’t want to pay more than regular retail for them, but it might be the only option the way distribution has been, and the way the targets near me stock. I don’t even have Hun-Grrr yet, and he’s up there in price. I’m quickly approaching the point where I say “screw it,” and shell out the extra cash for them. This feels too much like gambling.

Last time I did that, it was for TLK Cogman. 50$.... Then one or two months later, Cogmans. Cogmans everywhere... And on sale too. FFFFFFffffffffffffffff.............
---------
Anyway, got PotP Elita-1. Only 1 at Walmart and on sale at 5$ off. Better than nothing I guess.

I'm pretty sure you should be safe waiting for them to show up at retail. Wave 3 actually showed up in the US, as opposed for TR Wave 5, so I think this one should have pretty normal distribution, which should be good for you up in Canada eventually. It is just that whole damn waiting part that makes it difficult.
I won't lie, I had them on pre-order from BBTS, which I cancelled once I found them, so I had an insurance policy of sorts.
In any case, they are soooo worth it. I would have been fine paying the $20 each BBTS was charging, they are that good of figures. Especially Blot, he's my favorite figure of the whole line so far. I'm waiting top see if this holds up or if it is just recency bias.

I’ve had something similar happen before, just not with Cogman. I didn’t bother with him because I absolutely hated the character. Never saw him or Nitro Zeus around here. Still need Zeus. But at the same time, I pulled the trigger on TR wave 5, paid a little more than I wanted to, and it worked out for the best because they never showed up here.
Still on the fence for Elita-1. I know buying her and Hun-Gurrr together would be the better value, since he’s so pricey all on his lonesome, but I’m just not sure I really want her that badly. I wish she had been a deluxe.
Emerje wrote:Grabbed a Rippersnapper off Amazon for $14.90. Had to open it immediately because while the shipping box looked fine the figure packaging looked like someone went ahead and stepped on it and then kicked it a few times across the warehouse for good measure before sticking it in the box. That's what I get for buying a "last one" from an Amazon warehouse seller. The figure appears to be fine with no obvious damage, though the trading card is bent all out of shape.

Stinks that the packaging was all beat to hell. Same thing happened to me yesterday. My SS Megatron arrived from Amazon, but wasn’t shipped in a box. It was in plastic Amazon bag. Box is bent, dented, and torn up in a corner. Figure wasn’t damaged at all, but I’m still disappointed, because I like to save boxes sometimes. SS just happens to be a line I’m saving boxes for, because I like the displays inside. The cardboard display didn’t make it out unscathed.
Brawl should arrive today. I hope this line never dies.

Toys R Us used to do that to me all the time and they really couldn't care less. Good riddance.

I'm glad you're enjoying him! I got him as well, and he sort of disappointed me. He feels a bit light and sort of off compared to my other 6 MPs. Nightstick is definitely a better targetmaster too compared to Firebolt.
Not bad, but to me at least nothing really stands out in hand.

Activator Animated Starscream, Universe Stormcloud, and G1 Throttlebots Chase and Wideload! All for the incredible price of 39$AU!!!!……….plus another 39$AU for shipping.
Well, at first I only wanted Activator Animated Starscream. I don't know why, but that toy is now damn expensive. So even at 10$AU plus 29$AU of shipping, it was ironically still the cheapest option on Ebay. So I contacted the seller to see if I can add some more stuff in the "29$AU shipping box". After much browsing, I settle with the above deal. Not too shabby overall.
So finally,, I have the BEST Animated Starscream toy for my collection. Plus I got back the Universe Powerglide mold after selling my Henkei one. Proportions are still weird but those colors work better. Unfortunately Chase miss all of his stickers. Fortunately, the Thottlebots throttle perfectly.
TlDr;
Me glad!

So no Abominus for you? I still need to get Hun-Grr and Rippersnapper. Also, even though I think Trypticon is kind of a POS, I might get him for $50, if only to recreate the battle scene from "King of the Hill" with him and the Dinobots.I only got Blot because he’s the most interesting looking one to me and man, he’s head and shoulders above the other deluxes
