Been a while since I bought an actual G1 figure so I grabbed this off eBay rather spontaneously when I figured out how ridiculously cheap they are, only $11.99 and free shipping.

I was looking at a couple of them and not only was this the cheapest, but it also had the lightest window scuffing. The joints were described at "decent", but they are wicked tight and clicky, way better than the well played with one from my childhood that this will be replacing on the shelf. I still have my Pinpointer so no completion issues here! I just need to get some stickers off Toyhax to finish him off. Very happy! :DANCE:

That's quite a score! Especially if you already have the weapon/accessories to complete it. I have Xhair and he's fantastic. In my head canon, he's G1 Orion Pax.

Who's gun is that on the back of Hun-gurr?

My Amazon Blast-Off came in today. At first I was very annoyed that they shipped it in a padded envelope, but quickly found out he's actually in his own cardboard box like Nemesis Prime was inside the envelope. It didn't protect him perfectly, the side with the art on it is bowed in slightly, but it did well enough.

Rippersnappers. I thought it was Hun Gurrs and the combined gun was a different gun, but then when looking at images I found out it was Rips, which is interesting as I didn't expect a G1 limb to have 2 guns/accessories

I recently received these from Amazon MISB for about $26 (including tax). I really love these guys especially Wind Sheer. His mold is just awesome. I wish there was a Starscream repaint of him (given that he is an F-22 Raptor in the movies, but more like a G1 repaint). Either the toy reviewers have strong fingers or what because my Skid-Z transformation gimmick is really tight and I have to use a lot of force to get it to transform. Overall, I find these two to be an excellent buy given that they are merely advanced One-Step/Turbo Changers ( :HASBRO:

take notes) with decent articulation and play value. I hope this to be the start of a vintage Tranformers collection that I've always wanted! :-D

They do sell to ebay! But it's cheaper in store, according to another customer that was there with his kid looking at Transformers. Kid pointed out the Energon Superion with upgrade kit for $40, but dad said it had a knackered shoulder according to the shop owner.

They usually look at the condition of the figure on Ebay and its going price, then try to ask around 75% of the reasonable Ebay prices they find.

They had G1 guys of all kinds, universe, beast wars, pretty much everything. Passed on a sealed Universe Whirl (from the G1.5 Rotorstorm mold) and Universe Ramjet, among others. Had a complete Sixshot too, but he took backseat to the guys I got.

I plan to start making a monthly trip to the shop, they get new stuff a lot.

I discovered an awesome vintage toy and video game shop a month or two ago. They don't have a ton of TF, but I was excited to find it none the less. It will be a great place to dump the mountain of vintage G.I. Joes I have. Especially in trade for the Encore Metroplex they have! :shock:

Anyway, this time I did pic up a lil sumpin' sumpin'.

Oh cool! Well I feel a little better about the price I paid then. It wasn't terrible but it felt high for such tiny bots.
