Yeah, the lack of the flight mode is the biggest disappointment to me. If they'd at least managed to include that, which I can't imagine would have been that hard to do, this would have been a pretty nice homage and/or decent alternative for those who can't get their hands on the original.

I actually plotted out a way to make it work in my head: Turn the false wing sections (the ones pinned to the armor legs) into real ones by attaching them to the backpack with (posibly double-jointed) cams which are in turn mounted to pivots, and hinging the smaller "true" wings to the formerly-false ones.

No offense, but that's WAY too ambitious for me to even think of attempting.

I had been thinking about getting Galaxy Prime to turn into Nova Prime, but he seemed like a dud figure, especially since I have the original mold. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Studio Series Long Haul. Fun figure that starts my RotF Devastator collecting.

Original 1996 Rattrap I got at car boot for £1. I not really into Beast Wars at all or any TF that tries organic/furry animal modes but I had to get it cos I'm a rat owner (love my lil furry dudes) so it ticks two of my interest boxes. And it seems in very good condition even with the two parts inside that make up his gun. Almost makes me want the Generations version purely just cos the rat mode on that one can sit up like my rats do.

Red Wing arrived from Target today! Aside from the smirk there isn't a whole lot new about the mold, but I will say that I'm happy to see that after the third or fourth use of the mold (depending on if Red Wing or Skywarp was produced first) the joints are all super tight, no sign of mold wear. If fact they're slightly tighter than Starscream's and the spring loaded part in the calves don't stick on Red like they do on Screamer. Super happy with this and glad to finally see Red Wing join the Seekers after all these years.

My Lancer and Shockwave came in today as well. FedEx really stepped up their game by getting this out overnight (it shipped from Pulse yesterday afternoon). Also got in Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime on the same truck from Walmart. I know he isn't well liked, but it's Optimus, I was going to own him eventually, thankfully he was only $44 so i didn't pay full price. Annoyingly he was shipped in a bag and not even a padded one, but thankfully the only damage was a dented corner on the box. Plus there was a free Atkins lemon bar in there too so it was a good day.

I feel the selects pain. Mine are still in my stack awaiting a few more things (including Lancer) before they come.

I also feel a little bit of the Big Convoy pain. I got the original at the TFsource price, but then back a month or 2 ago he was nearly half that on amazon Japan.

I cannot wait for Megatron. I shipped him by himself, and he should be here Tuesday. Based on in hand shots and comparisons, I think his $160 is going to be well worth it

At mine, the Bee movie stuff is gone, and they are up to date on Micromasters, but everything else is still wave 2 stuff. I've begun to notice a lot of stores with Starscreams sitting everywhere, and it started Pre-Springer, so I know it can't just be him

To be honest, I originally wasn't going to get Lionizer because of the (small) chance I may find Greenlight somewhere. But low price, new Effect Part and red eyes vs. blue won me over.
