Found SS Long Haul on Monday at Target. Nice chunky bot mode. Transformation is a bit simple, but understandable for a combiner limb.

And yesterday Amazon brought Siege Seeker number 6 for me, Thundercracker. My classics seekers are starting to panic a bit.

Personally I think if I didn't already know it was a Combiner limb I wouldn't know it was one. It's not like a Combiner Wars limb figure where the entire mold seems built around a large peg in the chest.

No, and then yes. Not on Monday as I didn;t see your post until I got home, but I found another today that I bought at the discount and will be returning it on the receipt from Monday.

Probably went way overboard during the last month or so. I decided to give Power Core Combiners a whirl, and as it turns out I fell real hard for the line. I absolutely love these little guys. I’ve never fully seen the appeal of minicons until I handled these guys. So what started as a sweet deal on four of these, turned into a couple more, then I grabbed my first set with limbs, and then I just kept going.

As it turns out, the entire line of PPC are some of the most fun toys to handle. I can’t get enough of them. Not every figure prize, but most of them are. Those that aren’t are still good, and I can easily overlook any shortcomings. Part of me is really happy I gambled on them now, because I like them so much, but another part of me wishes I had jumped on them back when they were shelfwarming in brick and mortar stores.

I was such a huge fan of the regular RotF Mixmaster, that when I spotted a deal on his classic color variant I had to jump on it.

I also got a good deal on MPM VW bug Bumblebee. Plus I had a $10 credit that I put toward him. He’s a wonderful figure. So much so, that it led to me jumping fully on board the MPM train and snagging Ironhide on sale, and movie 1 MPM Bee. Plus some other acquisitions. Legendary OP is simply one of the best figures I’ve handled in a long time. I’m head over heels for that toy. Just the way his gun folds up and stores so perfectly underneath....

Not pictured are Greenlight and LG-EX Big Powered. Greenlight is what she is, and Big Powered is pretty cool, but I haven’t played around with those three too much so far.

I loved the PCC line that was such a clever gimmick. I’ve often thought it was the Combiner Wars warm up.

Yeah, PCC has been a serious treat. Admittedly I passed on the whole line a few times when they were still on shelves. At the time I didn’t care for the look of them at all, and thought they were underwhelming because of their diminutive size. I’m so happy to have been so far off the mark.

I feel like I’ve been very fortunate in that I’ve gotten my hands on some spectacular figures in the last year. Both new and old. But on the whole, Power Core Combiners are topping my list for my favorite purchases of 2019. They’re so much easier to handle than CW figures, because of their size, and that there isn’t as much transformation required. They essentially just slap together.

I really went whole hog on these little guys. I only need Heavytread, Grimstone, Over-Run, and Stakeout. I’d like to make an attempt at getting the United EX redecos at some point.

Despite already having my old COMPLETE G1 reissue Optimus Prime (modded long smokestacks) I just couldn't resist getting Walmart's one at that price. 34$CAN (24.75$US) +TX! :shock:

I'll see if I replace my old one with this one, or keep it sealed despite the beat-up packaging.

Nice power cores! I recently completed my first of them as well, they are pretty fun little combiners! I wouldn't mind throwing a few more together here down the road!

My haul for today. Buzzsaw is the one I got 2 months ago missing some pieces but now complete, thanks to Seibertron himself! And my first Cyberverse figure and my near completion of the micromasters!

Not sure if it’s the best CHUG version of him or not, but from what I know there aren’t exactly a lot of options. I do know that it is an amazing little figure, and probably my favorite of the Core figures in all three modes.

Totally missed this when I bought mine Wednesday, I'll have to keep this in mind since I've been buying a lot from there.

I did end up picking up Cyberverse Alpha Trion at Target today. Get this, I did the self checkout and as soon as I scanned it I got call for help. The guy tries to scan it and it isn't in the system so he asks me how much it cost so I said $19.99. He scans it again using the app on their device and it still doesn't show up so he says, "well, I don't want you to over pay, let's do $18.99." Nice! Came to $19.03 after 5% Red Card discount and tax. They still don't have the Rain Makers yet and most of the new stuff they got in this week after resetting the aisles is already gone.

Also finally found Refraktor and Brunt at Walmart, first time I've seen them in person. No Jetfire at my two local Walmarts yet, though I did find their price tags. Strangely one Walmart had Soundwave while the other had the tapes, neither had both.

Got back from my 2 week hitch last night and the mailman left me Titans Return Optimus, Megatron, and Fort Max. Weijiang OS POTP Predaking, BPF POTP Dinobots, Seige Laserbeak and Ravage, Mimobot Optimus USB drive, and a Ravage USB drive. Picked up Seige Jetfire, Red Alert, a 3rd Refractor and the reissue cassettes from Walmart. :MAXIMAL:

Will I find them much cheaper on clearance in a few months time? Yes.

Should I have waited? Hell yes.

Did, upon seeing them on the shelf, I become overwhelmed by the G1 nostalgia feels? Oh, god yes.

Nice find, I must say the reissue is much more reflective than my set.

I haven't been here much since new Transformers are really slow to trickle in Canada and I am waiting to find good deals on some (like Jetfire).

But I do have something new to show. I got some Arcade Botbots at Toysrus today and yesterday, I found Siege Brunt. But the best part was what I got Saturday for my birthday. See, while its always fun to get presents for my birthday (especially transformers), the fact that my daughter shares the same birthday means my birthday doesnt matter anymore. So if I throw a party, she gets the presents, and I have accepted that. Somefriends of mine did get something for me, which was a very pleasant surprise. And not only did I get a gift, but my friends dared to get me a Transformers toy, something no one bothers getting me since they fear I already have them. But they took a chance and boy was it awesome. I have been wanting that Ravage cassette pack since the day I saw it announced (I never owned either toy). But the price was a bit prohibitive and I had not found it yet in my specific area. But they found it and gave it to me. It was an amazing surprise. Pretty crazy that I got exactly what I would have wished for without telling anyone. So thanks Andre and Nina! ;)^
