Transformers Toy haul thread
Re: ALTERNITY CONVOY
Have you reversed the tires yet? That apparently will solve the rolling problem.
I'm waiting for my silver one. If I can ever find a red one, I may get it.

Re: Transformers Toy haul thread
I think these may be my last acquisitions for a while...

In the future, all I want is Animated Arcee, the last 6 G1 RobotHeroes & MP Grimlock (of which I'll be waiting for a hopeful local release).
The number of movie figures I'll be acquiring is 0.

I got my Botcon Prime (Shattered Glass) and it's awesome, one thing though. It has "not for sale" on the front bumper. Is it a proto? Anyone who knows something about it PM me. I love it though, one of my favorite molds period.
Also his windows aren't that translucent as the one in the gallery of him here. I'm thinking it is a proto. Anyways, if anyone knows help me out with some info, please.

Re: Transformers Toy haul thread
Well, I've been collecting old school G1 lately since I started to feel that it was time to go back to the beginning of all TFs....
I currently have coming in the mail this week:
G1 Sixshot w/ Box
G1 Scorponok w/ Box
Japanese Reissue God Ginrai w/ Box
and I also have a Henkei Cyclonus on the way since I didn't want to open the Universe one because he has a better color scheme and I can't find any on the shelves in my neighborhood and fear the lack of any available.
On the Waiting List:
G1 Fortress Maximus
Encore Optimus Prime
Encore Omega Surpreme
City Gaurdian (Blue Repaint of Omega Surpreme)
Japanese Reissue Purple G1 Galvatron

Sixshot came today as I got home from work. Amazing figure and wow, I spent $175 on this baby and it came with the G1 box with Styrofoam, his inferred slip for the tech specs, unused instruction booklet, and an unused toy guide of 1987. This was a great deal and I hope Scorponok comes the same way.

I got Oil Slick a couple months ago, and I agree that he is a good figure. I am pretty impressed with how a lot of the TFA figures have turned out. They are totally show accurate in bot and alt modes, and their poseability is just crazy.

Re: Transformers Toy haul thread
Nice, I am looking forward to the purple Shockwave.
Well I just came back from Seattle yesterday and came back with my first TFs in what seems like months, Animated Blurr & Ultra Magnus. Dang, these figs are sweet!
Blurr looks really cool in both modes, the only flaw I can see is maybe the knee & elbow articulation isn't as good as it could bee, but I love how cool he looks in car mode, and amazingly transforms into a super-sleek robot. Normally I don't like skinny TFs but this guy really pulls it off.
Ultra Magnus can certainly handle this now.
He looks so badass, bit and bulky and armed to the teeth. I love how ingeniously they hid the wheels in bot mode. As for flaws he is a little top-heavy, but not terribly so. Not too fond of the asymmetrical face, but that is part of his gimmicks, and his hands are a little huge, but it fits his powerful look. Certainly the best Animated Leader, and perhaps the best official Magnus figure.

Can't wait to get him, he was one of the first actual toys I wanted back when Armada was out.

G2 Stormtroopers Rage and Hydradread, finally have a complete set after 14+ years of wanting them.
Checkpoint, will look nice with G1 Prowl and Clampdown. Got black Energon Prowl with him but I think they look out of scale with each other. Would love to custom Robotmasters Mirage as Energon Prowl.
G1 coloured Energon Starscream. Thought I had him already but it was the one with the blue clear plastic parts and weapons. So now have 3 different Energon seekers who make nice Age Of Wrath clone seekers.
Hoping to get:
War Within Thundercracker, Sunstorm, Skywarp and Thrust.
Robotmasters Mirage, Reverse Convoy, Gigant Bomb and oversized Air Hunter.
Movie Bludgeon
2-packs with Ratbat and Roadbuster

Picked up Alternators Optimus Prime today. Slip asking to pick it up at the post office came on Saturday, and it's usually next business that I can go get stuff when it's like that.

My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.
