Yup, defenitely the Hasbro. Good call because it's a fair price for him.
Still, you should go for that Skywarp RIGHT NOW. Or you will be sorry. Mark my words.
Just consider that you already saved a LOT on the other two so it compensate greatly.

Can anyone tell me why it's so hard to find Skywarp in the MP11 mold?

Limited Hasbro Asia release. Prepare to pay the big bucks.

BTW, did you get the super expensive for nothing Takara MP-11 coronation Starscream, or the cheaper (and with fixed issues) Hasbro version?

Sorry I missed your post Kanrabat. Yes the Hasbro version. I'm not terribly interested in the coronation accessories so I was perfectly happy buying the Hasbro version. I typically prefer Takara mostly for the box tbh

Took advantage of the sale and free site to store option from Walmart for CW G2 Bruticus.
Just opened the box, and thankfully (and a bit surprisingly) I really like the redecos.
By far the best G2 option from CW imo.
Now I have all 3 versions of Brut... May keep the original Hasbro version sealed, but this G2 version is begging to be opened!

Also picked up TR Lazerbeak and Rumble on Thursday from a Target. Have yet to open them, but probably will since I've opened my CW Buzzsaw.
Skipped Ravage because imo that mold is just stupid.

There is absolutely no point of keeping anything sealed. Especially toys that are not rare at all.

Still, I do keep some toys sealed myself, but only on card, only one for a line, only a double or repaint of something that I already have, and only if bought on sale. I can hang them on the wall and it's very nice. However, boxes are pointless to keep because there's no practical way to display them and they take a lot of room.

Also, toys are meant to be enjoyed.

Case in point, my latest amazing haul that most "sane collectors" would have kept sealed:

Well now I have both UW and G2 Bruticus opened... There's a chance I'll open the reg. Hasbro version and maybe take it to work. But there's no rush on that.
I have over half of my collection still sealed. And some of that goes all the way back to the Classics Line. I don't think it's a bad thing. Now, a lot of them, I do have two of, and one is opened.
I totally understand the view of "open everything!!!!". I just don't live by that view.

TBH, I tried to do that with that '07 voyager box. It's just impossible. there is about 100 flaps, all fold in origami style with tape everywhere. Saving that kind of box is a frustrating task that require monk like patience.
And 5 minutes in, I just said "screw it".

Can't say I ever had that much trouble opening them, but trying to flatten them is a chore. Now the Alternators bubble boxes, those were a challenge to open without destroying them.

Image

I would actually open the bottom of the box and then cut a three-sided trap door out from under the figure to pull it out without harming the bubble.

Yeah, I might have a problem. :HEADHURTS:

I got Titans Return Blur and Scourge yesterday, kind of on a whim, because I'm not really into the traditionally non-Headmaster characters now being Headmasters.

But omg Blur.

IKR? I too, was mightly impressed by TR Blurr's design and transformation. This is one of the best TF I bought in months. I love the shiny blue plastic they used, the riding-in-cockpit gimmick, and how everything about him is fun and intuitive.

Furthermore, NO FACTORY ISSUES! The TR line if full of them and it killed my excitement for the line. Breaking parts, loose ball joints, things that dont tab properly. Blurr have none of that. If HasTak could step up their QC game, maybe I'd buy more but for now, I'm being careful.

Oh, BTW, another perfect figure is TR Hardhead. Get him.

I tend to just throw out any packaging I get - though there are times I've regretted it. I REALLY didn't wanna throw out Victorion's packaging.

MP Road Rage's I'm definitely keeping though. No question.

I used to keep EVERY single boxes. But one day, something had to be done...

Lots and lots of boxes have been thrown out. Now I only keep MP boxes and other collectibles. Even the Platinum boxes, I just cut out the front flap to keep the artwork and I trash the rest. When one collect a lot, room is the first thing to go.

WHOA!!! I was curious to see the sale price on BLue, so I went to Kapow.
Two things.
1. That's a killer deal
2. It's been almost ten years since I did a bunch of traveling to the UK, and man has the Pound tanked.
It was 2 dollars to the Pound then. Now the $ is stronger? Sorry guys.
Looks like I should make a trip back to that island I love so much.
