Bought Titans Voyager Optimus Prime after some comments on here about removing the wings and folding down the shoulder kibble and those things by sides of his head. Couldn't find him at first as there were four Megatrons but no Prime but the very attractive young lady I ended up speaking to for a while checked out back and there was a single Prime waiting for me. I'm probably gonna do a lil painting on it and maybe toyhax stickers too but yeah he's not bad at all for a blocky G1 Prime and can fight my Titans Megatron too. Also got two Tiny Turbo Changers Optimus Prime and Grimlock using that handy dandy code thing though I realised later that I should have got that black Grimlock instead cos wanted a black Grimlock then drybrush heavily with silver paint to have it all metallic looking and use him as the mini-Grimlock shown in the trailers. Never mind.

I have anxiety, depression and aspergers syndrome so my behaviour can be erratic. I don't mean offense to anyone. Just very picky about my Transformers collecting. You're all cool!

The wings actually fold up to a pretty tidy backpack (if you manipulate them just right) if you want to keep the jet mode intact without parts-forming.Carnivius_Prime wrote:Bought Titans Voyager Optimus Prime after some comments on here about removing the wings and folding down the shoulder kibble and those things by sides of his head.
I also prefer the shoulder pauldrons folded down. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the mold

Well, i was out and about for work. stopped at a smaller walmart and lo and behold, guess what had literally been just stocked (the person was still walking down the isle with the other stuff to be unstocked)

I also paid for Sky Shadow, Brawn, and Roadburn from TFsource, so once Artfire comes in stock, those guys will join me. I only need to find the wave 4 titan masters and wave 4 is complete!

Nabbed this salty brawler today.
got a little Cap'n in ya?
what are the yellow holes for on his arms? Are they weapon ports?
They're great for plugging in TM Brawn's gun mode as an arm blaster.

It's PAYDAY! So that mean, some new TFs.
First stop was at TrU. The TFs are at a light sale so I bought CF HC Thunderhoof. Those colors are NOICE! And he's pretty fun too. After that, I finally decided to get a legion. Strongarm is WAY better than anticipated. Nice transformation and a surprisingly generous amount of paint.
After that, groceries at Walmart. The usual checking out the TF section was not disappointing for once. Got myself DOUBLE BRAWN! Unfortunately at full price, but I was VERY lucky to find them both at the same time. Especially because Titan Master Brawn was a lone leftover of a previous wave on a peg full of the most recent one. As for Legend Brawn, it was also the only one on a peg full of Bees and the "red Bee". These are GOOD! No regrets paying full price here for this duo.

Awesome Kanrabat, I got Brawn at Walmart today too!
That mold is awesome, its like an improved version of the Swerve/Gears mold from Thrilling 30. I am not one for wishing retools and redecos, but a reshell as Windcharger would be awesome (he already has the right back for car mode and that square framing over his head.
But it wasnt just him, I got a bunch of tiny guys to add to my collection. I will be getting all the movie Decepticon Tiny Turbo Changers (only those appear as decepticons in the actual movies). And while its really not a great toy, that Actovator Animated Megatron is a decent Legends sized Megatron in robot mode. Poseability is there.

So I've never posted here because I've never really had an interesting haul, but I FINALLY got some cool stuff. So I got Slash (yay for non-neon Dinos) and Kickback (yay for the last generations Insecticon which I never thought would happen in the first place) but now things get exciting. I bought a Reveal the Shield Jazz (
) off of a good friend for $15 shipped, then I got Alternators Hound yesterday nearly mint in box, never transformed, from a guy on Craigslist for $15. Both of these guys are bucket list figures for me (Jazz more so. Stoked about him) and I never thought they'd fall into my lap like this for such good prices. Super happy with them

I've had Takara's version of that Jazz for a while now with G1 Jazz's missile launcher clipped behind his head. And he's been on my 'possibly sell' list for some time. I like him but not sure if he fits in my collection so much. Very undecided.

The more I looked at that Turbo changer TLK Optimus Prime, the more I wanted to try it out. Sure, the knight mask gimmick is silly, but I also wanted something that looked nice and was QUICK to transform for work.
So I took the plunge.
This toy is masterfully designed! No, really. For what it is, the simple transformation work very well and the bot have a surprisingly small backpack. But it have one MAJOR flaw. Appart the beautiful shiny blue of the truck mode, Optimus have NO PAINT. At all. Henceforth the second reason why I wanted it. To practice some fancy painting. I'll try to pimp out that Optimus to have a very nice display piece at my factory.
Picture below is for reference only because I feel lazy.

Brawnmania!
I actually had some luck at Target today. No new deluxes other than movie figures though.

The Sideswipe weaponizer was on clearance for 6 or 7 bucks, I just wanted it for the sword guy but Sideswipe is actually kinda nice. Weird scale so it doesn't fit with much but I still like it.
Slash is a loose mess, but I wanted one for my Dinobot shelf since I'm going to be pulling my boxset out of storage soon. Steelbane will join them once I find one. Contemplating picking up a black knight Scorn as well.

Ok that 12 miles of cycling to/from car boot sale in the sun (I hate sun) was not really worth it.
They only had this flip n change Lockdown

and some frickin' huge RID Bumblebee I wasn't interested in.
Reminds me I should really get one of them upscaled Deluxe Lockdown figures.

No, it's not. It's a KO model kit of a 3P model kit that was meant to go with a 3P Devastator.
