I'm so glad that my local geek store can do business again! I was able to dump some unwanted bots Gamestop style to get 80$CAN in store credit. This paid for half the cost of the haul below:

First I got Earthrise Windcharger to complete my official Windcharger collection (the Alternator don't count. Beside, I have Binaltech Arcee) A collection that was started the day before when I bought the other 3. He's an awesome dude and is equally good with the classic RTS version.

Then, to fill my Grimlock collection with more Grimlocks, I got the classic deluxe for 30$CAN. Not the best price but at least I didn't had to pay shipping on top of that. I then sighed and said "Too bad the Energon Swoop & Grimlock team is 60$CAN because that's way too much for them." I knew he had them on the shelf since he opened his store. The proprietor took a glance online and told me "30$CAN". Well, here they are!

Classic Grimlock is pretty nice despite it's glaring flaws. I'm glad to finally own it. As for the Energon team, the duo look like 2 kids trying to get into a R rated movie at the theatre while pretending to be one adult! :lol:

I forgot to take their very derpy bot mode in photo, but at least I can show their decent dino modes. Classic Grimlock look more like a raptor than a T-Rex though.

And finally I'll cheat with some 3P. A team that I've been eying for some years now and I finally decided to get. The two Iron Army sets for the Power Core Combiners torso. I got the Bombshot torso (without drones) and a PCC "targetmaster" basically for free and each Iron Army pairs were more than 50% off compared to Ebay. The whole team for 70$CAN was an unbeatable price.

The combined mode for those little guys is absolutely fantastic and bad-ass. Bruticus Junior is pretty damn awesome.

The individual vehicles are pretty nice and I love the fact that they are all WW2 classic war machines. Even the Bombshot vehicle mode is in scale with the rest and don't feel out of place. The feet of the combined mode can become anti-aircraft gun turrets while the hands can go full Adams Familly.

Having proper bots instead of auto-morphing drones as members of a PCC team is very great. They all look nice and feel solid in hand.

I have the Takara Tomy Transformers United EX Combat Master Prime mode EX01 on it's was from Japan. It's the same torso but with his normal drones in an unified color scheme. I'll be able to make comparisons then.

Well in my travels to stores today searching for Earthrise stuff that will never be in stock,I decided to pick up the shelf warmer. He's marked down to $26 and some change at Walmart. I already had the camo deco of him, but I figured why not? I did want him inn his traditional colors and the Seige battle damage.
I dig it!

I'm sure I saw that on ebay last week :-?

Though I see a fair few Energon Primes without them.

I recently got a huge G1 haul, with a complete Bruticus, Superion and Menasor. All 3 I never had as a kid.
Also a complete Skylynx, which still works, and a near complete G1 Optimus Prime and complete PMOP!
Along with several headmasters, Soundwave, Needlenose, 2 Seacons, Runabout and a complete Metroplex.

I've also started collecting Masterpieces... Oh boy. They are amazing.

And today, I bought T30 Metroplex for €150,-

Got the "latest" studio series deluxes. I like all if them but Shatter is my favourite. A really smart design.

And there was a deal on the mcfarlane DC figs at 7$ each.

Yessssss they came today! Got a great price for these guys ($6.99) from overseas. With shipping it was $18 and some change, but these guys are well worth it!

Got these on ebay from an Asian seller. They actually got here quicker than Caliburst, who I'm still waiting on, and who I got from a Canadian seller lol.

Got two hauls today.

First, a Ebay haul from a Québécois Ebay store.
Because I foolishly missed the preorders on the Select Spy Patrol cassettes set, I had no choice but to pay 50$CAN instead of 30$CAN for it. Not counting taxes and shipping. To make the shipping worthwhile, I also bought G1 Wheelie and Generations GDO Wheelie.

Main reasons for the cassettes pack is for Doubledealer's minions, Knock and Scar. Both Decepticons oddly. The orange bat and blue Frenzy are just a bonus. They are quite neat!

Having G1 Kup and Generations Kup, he missed his "son". So here come the Wheelies! The G1 toy is bad, but the GDO Jazz repaint/remold is brilliant. I also have TR Kup, but let's pretend TR Wheelie doesn't exit.

The second haul, I happened uppon randomly.
ER Cliffjumper on sale at Toys R Us and...

....the Siege Skywarp set at E.B. Games!
There was only one in store so I took it. Even lowered the price a bit with my Edje Platinum™ card!

To open or to sell it for at least double the price that I paid on Ebay? :-?

A question that will be answered if I can find the ER seeker 2 pack in store or not in the following weeks or months.

Because I hunted down another Siege Skywarp set in the next town over to make a trade with a user as a return of favor that was done years ago.

150 euros for a (seemingly complete) Metroplex is expensive, but a very, very fair price considering what he usually go for on the secondary market.

I think that may be what he sold for at retail over there, or very close to it, so thats a pretty good price.

Yeah, super-congrats on that Metroplex!
I would either put him in ship mode so you can stand other figures on him. Or stick him somewhere in robot mode since his footprint is smaller that way.
