Sincerely loving Starscream so far. I’m quite pleased with him, but he isn’t without his flaws. I’d have thought that after the HftD Leader, DotM deluxe, and SS Voyagers they’d have finally nailed a perfect, definitive Starscream for the MPM line, but I guess not. He’s still very excellent though. Particularly in the legs.
Seriously he’s got gorgeous legs.
His range of motion is fantastic for a big movie MP, but still not as great has his deluxe and voyagers from the last several years. Nothing is going to be as versatile as ball joints I guess. Still very good though. And his hands are remarkable.

I do wish they would have done something about his butt flap. It’s small, but it’s there. I’m assuming it was a compromise for better stability in either mode, but still it is slightly distracting. I’m sure I’ll get over it. It wouldn’t have stopped me from buying him, had I noticed it before.
And obviously the use of diecast on his feet and shoulders is wonderful.
Since I had just posted that I got these in my last haul, I wanted to report real fast that they work very well for TF figures, even though they’re made by Bandai. They have a number of pieces that connect so if one piece doesn’t fit a gun or something, adding another can make it fit just fine. Pretty wonderful for $6 a set. Just wanted to let anyone looking for effects parts know that these work. Even on some MP and MPM.
