To me that sounds like the same Low Brow elitism that flourishes within this fanbase. Transformers The Movie (oddly enough) is a Transformers Movie! Just like Bayformers and Bumblebee. Technically, Bayformers is it's own G1. So get over it.

TBH, I'd support splitting the thread into Bay and G1.

They're different fans looking for different things from their toys. And it would keep bickering over product to a minimum.

That sounds like a nightmare since most waves will have both. So what, we'd have to have a news article to say we found certain toys of the wave in one thread while we found the other toys in the wave in another thread? It will be a mess either way, better to have it all in the actual place dedicated to the line. We didnt split the thread when they released Bumblebee Movie toys and some people still swear that's in a different universe than the Bay films, and yet it all worked out. Just as we wont split the Kingdom thread into the G1 toys and the Beast Wars toys. If you want to discuss toys in a particular line then discuss them in that line's thread, and ignore what you dont want to talk about, simple as that.

Seriously, thank you. I would have missed out on this mold if you hadn't of convinced me otherwise. The differences between it and Siege make them literally different figures. I also appreciate Skywarp's purple and Thundercracker's blue in the ER figures more. The Siege figures are still awesome in their own right but these are different awesome, like apples to oranges.

Yeah, I'm trying to convince myself of this as well to justify buying both the Siege and ER versions of the same characters. Thanks to -Kanrabat-'s help, I'll have both sets of Seekers and I'm trying to convince my wallet to go after Prowl and Ironhide yet again. Does Amazon charge for preorders immediately or upon the actual arrival of the figures?

They do not. They’ll charge you once they get it in their warehouse and process your order. They haven’t charged me for either two pack, and when I ordered the Siege Mirage/Aragon/Impactor set last year they didn’t charge me until they got them in stock.
They call me “Tanker Chungus”!

Okay thanks. I've never preordered anything from there so I wasn't sure. Looks like I'll put in a preorder if I still can for both sets.

Now that I think of it, I still have both Ratchet and Ironhide MISB, so if we get ER versions, I might be able to sell them to pay for these. :-?

No need for thanks! I was in the same boat with the same thought that not only was it going to be a pain in the arse, but maybe next to impossible to get ahold of them.
Now, I don't know how many of these Hastak produced, but just in case these do end up being hard to get later on, it feels damn good to have them now, right?
And they are really good looking figures... I mean, proper updates, especially at voyager class size!! :KREMZEEK:

Next questions... Did you get Starscream, and are you ordering the conehead 2 pack?

I don't have Screamer yet, but now that I know I do like the mold I probably will grab him next time I see him. And I did pre-order the Coneheads, they will be the first set of Coneheads I've owned and I'm really looking forward to all three. Hopefully, we hear an official confirmation about Thrust soon.

If you have a Walmart near you, keep an eye out. The one by me had two one day, and he was something like $26.99... I'm sure this isn't new insight, but I've seriously lost count of the number of times I've bought something in-store at Walmart that was cheaper than their online price. Like the Switch joycon set I bought for my kid; online $80, in-store $70. And the store is less than 2 miles from where I live.
Anyway, the cheapest I've seen Starscream online is $32.99, which isn't bad, but it's listed as a preorder on BBTS, so who knows when you'd get it. But that's not a bad option.

That's pretty awesome this will be your first set of coneheads!! I know they're more jets, but since each one is different, they're pretty sweet. I'm betting you'll dig having them in your collection!
And yeah, really looking forward to hearing about Thrust!!

I had a similar thought! Though, I was more thinking of having a new ER Barricade that would use whatever changes the potential Ratchet figure would have. I just thought that a more SWAT-y Barricade would be kinda funny to see

Want a bunch of these items, especially the "Megatron" gun and the lil Soundwave tape-player (the latter which we never got in the MP line!). Sucks though that they're packed with a figure I already have.

In a way, the CHUG line is turning into smaller versions of Hasui's MPs. I don't hate it. Wonder what my collection would be like if it happened way, way sooner.

Kindly don't blame the whole wiki for the edits of one user not in the know about Thrust's ambiguous release status.

And regardless, it's only tentative info. When more comes to light, the proper corrections will undoubtedly be made.

I wasn't really blaming anyone, just stating a fact.

Just realized I should've asked a question here and not in the Pulse Fan Friday thread...

How many more waves of ER past what we've currently seen figures for are left?
Are have we seen the end and the next waves will be from Kingdom?

Theoretically there might be one more wave for Earthrise which might contain Thrust and the battlemaster Doublecrosser, and we have no official line up for any waves of Kingdom yet

As far as we know, we're missing the entirety of Wave 4, plus exclusives, and then Kingdom is next, unless we get another Siege situation where a bonus Wave 5 gets added (which is probably unlikely).

My Skywarp and Thundercracker twin pack arrived in the post today, both are great! Granted some of the joints don't feel right (mainly the swivel joint that connects the jet's cockpit to the rest of the body, which feels worryingly loose), and as I was transforming them I panicked a bit that Skywarp's chest section was about to break, but the paint apps are well done, and they both look good alongside Starscream.

Listing For Transformers War for Cybertron: Earthrise Runabout Discovered

Postby Bounti76 » Mon Jul 20, 2020 4:14 pm

Weapon: Vibro-Axe
Thanks to Seibertronian Sentinel_Primal, we were directed to a tweet from the account @not_on_Twitta, which shows a listing in Target's systems for a Runabout figure in the War for Cybertron: Earthrise line. The listing shows that this figure has the Earthrise E-41 designation.

Image

While no other information is available at this time, a Runabout figure would almost assuredly be a recolor of the Earthrise Runamuck figure, which is due out this late Summer or early Fall in the northern hemisphere, and would complete the Battlecharger duo.

What do you think of this news? Was this figure inevitable? A happy surprise? Let us know below!

Unsurprising, but also not unwelcome. Runamuck looks to be one of those incredibly well made, well designed figures that the recent lines have at least one of (Triggerhappy, Battletrap, the Weaponizers, etc.) so a second, black one would be ace.

Right on. So Thrust and Runabout are confirmed. Well Thrust is basically...
