So it begins

I have a mix of online retailer pre-orders, Hasbro Pulse pre-orders, and planned brick-and-mortar purchases. Hopefully that will help me be patient, as my local stores historically shelve after the early retailers.

That sounds super complex and efficient. My plan ends up feeling like a live action round of Chutes and Ladders with too many chutes, and so many ladders...so many.

back on 2/20/19, news broke about listings for a Voyager Apeface & Leader Astrotrain for the Siege Line:

However...since this news broke, we've gotten a few nice reveals of other figures presumably being released before these. I just wonder though... are the lines fluid enough that they could be pushed back as early releases for the 2020 line? It's just the lack of news thus far (which could change with SDCC)...and the fact that these are only 12 months lines now has me a bit skeptical. By this time last year, everything about PotP had been revealed, aside from any Selects or exclusives.

It is nice that Siege seems to have a more robust 4th wave, of which these 2 could certainly be a part of, but one would think their target date would be closer to October rather than December...

Found the Wave 3 deluxes last night myself, but unfortunately, it looks as though Red Alert, Brunt, Reflector, and frikkin' Hound are packed equally. No Camera mode yet! Booooooooooooooooo

Also, does anyone have the codes for the WFC wave 3 deluxes? I'd like to take a peek at my other walmarts nearby to see if they stocked

Hey DMax do you mean UPC codes? When I look up on WalMart.com or Target I think there’s a default of Skytread for deluxes and Screamer for Voyagers.

Is there any way from home to check to see if my nearby stores have logged in the new guys but maybe don’t have a more formal listing yet? Am I making sense I feel like I’m not making sense...

Are you able to show me how or do you have to work there? No clue how that works but have always been curious.

I am really looking forward to the Siege Omega Supreme. I love that he is as big as Metroplex of Fort Max. I hope they use this toy to retcon him to be as large as a city bot. I always thought the Guardian robots should be legendary and nigh indestructible enforcers of a much more ancient time. There should be a sense of "awe" about them as much as the Titans.

BAM!! Looks like we're getting these 2 fellas at some point... I have no idea if this has been mentioned here before. Look at Bluestreak's shoulders. I didn't realize they could move like that on Prowl as well. Ratchet looks pretty cool too, mang.

I don't know if this helps, but apparently every Target and Walmart in my area identifies UPC codes as a "one code applies to everything else" situation. As in, if I look up SS38, the store will lead me to that lone SS05 for some bizarre reason. I haven't found them reliable in my case, since apparently "in stock" doesn't have to refer to that specific item.

He's actually just a bit bigger than Titan class Devastator, who is much shorter than Metroplex and Fort Max.

They scaled Omega to size up to Devastator because of their little rivalry in a couple episodes of the cartoon.

Using those back pieces was a good idea for showcasing them as speakers. I actually pulled them completely off for both modes and threw them away. I have never put him in the mode that shows on the instructions. Also, use his foldable gun for megatons back. Does a WORLD of good for him

Did the same thing with Soundwave's pistol. Originally I pulled the blades off Megatron's sword, but that weapon was far too tall on his back. I wish Soundwave's pistol was wider, but the height is so perfect that I suspect it was made for this purpose.

I was just thinking the same thing wow. Synergy. But the plastic if not a perfect match is super close the height the orientation of the sighting on the tip I mean, dang.
