Siege Chromia is also the IDW version.
Sorry I should have been specific, the old IDW version who entered continuity with Windblade and Nautica as part of the Dark Cybertron event. That's who the T30 was modeled on before the line became slaves to G1 toon accuracy.
I think it's more the other way around, that the comic's character design was based on the T30 toy. That happened a lot in the latter part of IDW2005.
Chromia appeared in the comics first if I remember right
Yes, IDW comic book Chromia beat her toy self to market by about 11 months or so. The toy, however, was a heavy retool of Transformers: Prime Deluxe Class Arcee. Hasbro probably had the toy designed in plenty of time for the artists at IDW to create her character model for the comic books...or, based on what IDW came up with, Hasbro slapped something together really fast by retooling the TFP Arcee mold. Either way, the toy is not a perfect match for the comic book character model anyway.
Honorable Mentions: Hound, Sideswipe/Red Alert, Prowl/Bluestreak/Smokescreen, Ironihde/Ratchet, Ultra Magnus, Shockwave, and Megatron.
Note: I've only included molds that have so far been released and have included any upcoming confirmed redecoes.

This is VERY hard, since there are so many really good molds, but I'll give it a shot.
1) Optimus Prime - This is the "Classics" version of Optimus Prime we've waited over 12 years for.
2) Starscream - Likewise, this is the Voyager sized "Classics" version of the Seekers we've waited over 12 years for.
3) Jetfire - Again, this is the...you know what? I think you all get it by now.
