TRU RotF Deluxe Sale

I'm not sure if this is country wide, or just in my area (NE Wisconsin) but the TRUs in Appleton and Green Bay have their RotF Deluxes marked down to $7.99. And is it just me or do other TRUs seem like a graveyard for their store exclusives other than Animated Arcee?
Sometimes, just checking one more store isn't worth it

They're on sale here in NC too. And yes, their exclusives are gathering dust.

Rochester, MN TRU is a total graveyard. It is actually depressing.....at least when I was there a week ago.
