Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

Re: TV Shows you wish lasted longer.
There was an old show, not sure if anyone remembers, but I wished the early 1990's show ( last from fall of 1990 to spring of 1992 ) called Super Force. Was a scifi futuristic show of a Mars Astronaught turned police officer who used a prototype space suit to get bad guys. Watched that every saturday night.
Plus you can see Tracy Lords in one episode kicking ass. XD

At least CBS listened to Fans enough to resolve the cliffhanger. It would have been nicer had they reacted faster so more than the 7 episode effort (that was doomed regardless) could have been done.
So much more could have been done but oh well, maybe the movie buzz a couple weeks ago pans out but until then....Nuts...

I think the one everyone's been missing so far is the original Transformers.
I would have liked to see more episodes past Rebirth.
My sister used to watch that show, but I could never understand the appeal. I'd be in the "too much" category.

My friend and I found 3 VHS tapes at The Exchange yesterday for a dollar each, each about 40 minutes long. We didn't watch them yet, but just finding them brought back memories of watching this show growing up.

This just could be me never wanting it to end, but Code Geass ended pretty quickly, and that show was awesome
Shame Lelouche had to die at the end, but IMO it was believable
Also, After War Gundam X, sure the ending was good, but production got cut short.
Last but not least....
INVADER ZIM
that show was amazing, so funny, I never get tired of watching it.

They're supposed to be doing a movie based on it, like they did with SG-1. That, and McKay is set to appear on Stargate Universe. (Where I assume he will fix every problem the Destiny is having in five minutes)

They keep saying they will, but as of right now, it looks like the future is rather dire for the project.
1.) One of the last things we heard was that it was shelved in favor of another SG-1 movie that never got off the ground, and that it had actually been shelved indefinitely.
2.) MGM is on the verge of utter and complete disaster, financially. For a company that killed their most famous franchise (James Bond) because they couldn't foot the bill, plus numerous other big name productions (check the list sometime, it's amazing) have been put on hold...I wouldn't hold my breath in seeing this come along.
3.) It's been too long. The Atlantis universe (yes, I realize it's the same 'verse as SG-1 and Universe, but it was it's own thing, ya know?) hasn't been talked about much or even revisited since they went off the air. I doubt it's fresh in the minds of anyone, I just don't see how there could be an audience for it. A few people, myself included, just aren't enough to garner a production.
Most fans have moved onto Universe and embraced the darker, edgier tone. I don't know, just yet, where I stand with it. The show's compelling, sure, but I don't know.
Plus, the SG-1 movies are now sitting in bargain bins for $5.00 at Wal-Mart, and even less at stores like Buy Backs.
If I were MGM, I'd say no. I realize FOX handles the DVD distribution for them and would have some money and input in the matter, but I'm not sure they'd want to take the risk either.

Ew, the last thing we need is more DBZ Gundam. I mean, not only was it a terrible concept, with equally terrible designs (The Shining and God Gundams were okay, but it was largely a sea of crap), but the overabundance of toys pretty much killed the Gundam market in the US.

I really loved "Now And Again" - that show had a lot of potential. Had the guy in it who later played President Palmer on 24.
I also miss "Dark Angel" with Jessica Alba - the ending for that series just didn't do it justice.
"Firefly" - I missed out on buying the series on DVD at Wal-Mart about 6 months ago because I'm a boob. It was only like $20.
Third Rock From the Sun - Jon Lithgow makes a freakin' great alien - he played another great alien in "Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension"
"Pushing Daisies" was a lot of quirky fun! Sorry to see that one go.

2) PUSHING DAISIES - this was a fun and light hearted show. We need more of those.
3) TITUS - This was a short-lived comedy that was on Fox in the 90s staring Christopher Titus. It was about his dysfunctional family. I believe it was ahead of it's time.
4) HEROES - I hear it's been cancelled. Although it's getting a little stale I'd still like to see more of it.
