With Liokaiser's reveal of Hasbro kind of doing things half way with him (ex: Dezaurus torso), a question about tf toys in general comes to mind:

Yeah, this was fun, do more of these.

I don't know if my YouTube comment was scene by any of you, but that smell that comes from old figures is from the plasticizer leaking fumes out of the old plastic. Plasticizer is an additive that keeps the plastic from being brittle. I've long theorized that a reaction between the plasticizer and the chemicals used in gold plastic is what causes GPS over time.

Also I think they can easily reuse the Titan Masters to give them proper bodies without altering the faces. For example they can give Grimlock a blue visor or make Flywheels a proper shade of dark brown.

I managed to jump in and see the last hour or so (After a very stressful workday) and it looked like a grand time... shame about Ryan's not-terribly-stable connection, but honestly, he's on the move in San Diego, what can you do, right? Definitely glad I got to see some firsts on the show, like first video bragging rights and the first live Counterpuching (I promise not to ship anything bad to Scotty). That was fun!

Yeah I had a good time too. It was interesting trying to pick stuff out of ScottyP's and Counterpunch's shelves. I'll admit it would have been nice if Seibertron had a more stable connection so he could give some thoughts about the new figures from seeing them in person, but that was out of his control. Yeah these would be great for the big conventions and reveals.

Having Ryan on wasn't planned, I just figured "why not call him and see how it goes?" since he was in San Diego

Worked out ok in the end!

If we do this again, I've figured out how to actually enable the picture showcase and live Q&A. Google's process for enabling those is really dumb, so we weren't able to use those like we'd hoped.

I'm glad everyone that tuned in enjoyed! For anyone that missed it, it's up on the Youtube channel, and we'll have the "Traditional" audio only version up sometime later this week.
