Wheres Fenwicks? But most importantly, whats Fenwicks? I dont think Ive seen a Tomahawk figure anywhere, but thats probably because I wasnt really looking before I joined here
As for RTS Bumble Bee, dont have one of those either, but whats this Hubcap head you speak of?
As for sightings, there are still some old stock (HFTD and RTS) stuff in Forbidden Planet (well in the Leeds one, havent been to my local one in Bristol yet). Only downer is the prices
And this morning picked up a unopened boxed transformer looking thing unknown to me at the bootsale, and by looking online have found it to be a Beast Wars II - Dirgegun! Never heard of it!! (here it is for those who dont know it http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/toys/beast-wars-2/dirgegun/752/1/0/). Should have looked to see if the guy had more, but I had much more sale to get round (get panicked Im missing out when there is so much, lol. Probably missed out by doing that!). I quite like it actually! I learn something new every week! Dont know if its a good find or not, I think it is
Anywho, hope all is well!!!
PS: Yes, polystyrene does make an awful sound when you take things out of it!

Only recovered today from the two-day comic convention/festival in Leeds. Guests were aplenty, but mostly Tim Sale, Dave Gibbons, Sean Phillips, Charlie Adlard, Gail Simone.
I love that place. So much money though..
(Being part of the staff is great though, lots of non-queueing, just wait till closing time.
Got a nice print of Grimlock, by the colourist John-Paul Bove (artwork by Casey W. Coller), including a chat as I closed off the queue for Tim Sale.
(Actually only just realised who this guy is!)

Magnus arrived Monday, cheers mate! I was allowed to unpack him for a quick look and he's great, I know he's a clumsy old brick but he just works for me somehow.

Thanks for the heads up on the sale at Argos waaaaagh but dont think I should be getting any more TFs. I need my money for christmas presents (though may get just a small one for myself). Its always good to know the opportunity is there
I need some bits for my Energon Tical Wave, he has stumpy arms! Poor guy! Which Magnus was it that you got O? and whats that, you were allowed to unpack him!!?
Wasp - awesome review from the collab. Was very fun! Shame its a pain to transform back to car mode. Make some moar!! Didnt know who the other guy was, but he has some good vids to, plus a lovely top hat and goggles
Hope everyone is having a good week!

Love the artwork, I agree with Waspshot.
The story is also good, but the actusl sequence of it is.. confusing, to say the least.
And too much emphasis on GLOWING ELECTRIC-BOLT EYES.
Way too much.
Have you guys seen the new DOTM Soundwave pictures?

As for the Soundwave, I think I commented before that I dont really like it to much. To me, its just not soundwave, not at all. Would be ok if it was some other transformer perhaps, but I wouldnt ever look at him being soundwave.
Ah Mr. O, I know the one. I have Overload in both the red and yellow paints. Im sure ill get the Magnus aswell, just to go with the 'set'
Twas waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh who said about the Argos sale!
OMG!!! Just looked at this (linked incase it goes off): http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/mastermind-creations-cyclops-shockwave-prototype-preview-video/23271/. And I want sooo soo much!!! Looks like its going to be an amazing figure. I love the Hearts of Steel!!! Have been looking at getting one of the steam train optmius primes for ages, just expensive

Have to work this evening, but been shut indoors all day, sorted out The Shelf.
Trying to decide what to carry down to Italy over Christmas, and what to leave up here.
Anyone interested in a Crankcase with Destrons?
Or a Sledge with Throttler?
Managed NOT to buy any Prime figures, or anything else, for at least a month now.
Was really tempted on Battle Tanker, too.
But I'm being good for Christmas.
(Can't wait to get back to sort out the cabinet with Constructicons and Drift vs Banzai-Tron vs G2 Optimus and however many other sword-wielding characters I have!)

I just noticed, after acquiring Drift (in Italy), that I also had Banzai-Tron (in the UK) and they would work well together. Then along came United Optimus. So threeeee!
It was supposed to be a miscellanous shelf, but those three will be in for sure.

Just acquired a copy (on teh webz) of War Within Omnibus, for about a tenner.
Nice.
And I suddenly realised that when Blurr arrives, I will have a sniper rifle.
So I HAD to buy Perceptor. He's also on his way. Yup.
(I got some money yesterday, this is where it went.

I don't know how to break it to you but I have both Blurr and Perceptor, and Perceptor has a lot of trouble holding blurr's gun.
My order from Kapow is taking ages to get here. Any longer and I may have to contact them to see if it's even been shipped yet.
