Just to say Happy New Year to everyone here.

Also, shelfwarming transformers! Supermarkets still sell them? The Asda and Tesco by me have removed their TF sections and replaced them with Golden Compas and Dr Who toys.

Really? No more Tf's? They have Golden Compass toys now? Of what? I'm so confused!

Model shops would be the place I can suggest for wheels. Somewhere like Modelzone. I don't think you can get seperate wheels, but you never know. I know the KITT model has 2 different wheel types, as the set has customizable extras for the car. I forget who makes it though.

Yeah, I was most disappointed when I got to the area where TFs were. The only ones that survived were Star Wars ones due to the fact they are with the other Star Wars toys. Can't quite remember what the Golden Compass toys were but I remember seeing a big box with a load of human figures in it. It was mostly Dr Who toys that were in the former TF section.

Well that is just a disappointment sandwhich. :-(

I had noticed Dr Who was slowly taking over the shelves round here, but that's just depressing.

Indeed a model shop would be the place to go, but no such thing exists around here. England=useless country.

If i was still living in america id have a 10 minute drive and there would be this huge model shop with everything i could ever need. Nothing like that in this poxy country though.

Where abouts do you live? Newcastle and the Metro Centre have a model shop called 'Modelzone'. It's where I get my paints from. There's also Fenwicks in Newcastle. They sell some models and paints up by the toys.

Happy new year team! The partay was just grand.
There were but a few wenches, but there was plenty of innuendo going on while we played COD4 together ;;)
Apparently the one wench loves worms (the game fool). A gal after my own heart right there.

Anyways, I have yet to have any sleep, and I spent three hours sitting in Sainsburys playing guitar while waiting for my ride home. So I'm feeling a lil off right this second.

Anything good happened since monday?

They have calligraphy pens and zips. ZIPS.

I've seen barely any painting or modelling stuff in any Hobbycraft I've ever been to.

You aint missing out on anything mate. The one near me has a bunch of plastic model kits at insane prices, some warhammer shite and a decent selection of enamels to choose from and a VERY limited selection of Tamiya acrylics, which oddly enough they only just started selling and already their stock of them is useless.

By the by have you found any more wheels?

Never been in a hobbycraft, even the advert makes them look crap.

Anyhoo, first snow of the new year! And I had to go the dentist in it to get a filling replaced. So yes, I can't talk right and am drooling over the keyboard.

Good luck on your wheel hunt Sonray.

Up here near Newcastle. It keeps starting and stopping, but it's lying on the ground and when it does come, it's nearly a whiteout.

Aww, it's not even trying to snow here. Although one of my goldfish was frozen into the ice on my pond this morning....

No snow here, its bloody cold but no snow..makes the coldness seem pointless.

I think i may have found some wheels, i bought one of those "Rimz" rc cars from tescos, they have wheels i think i can use and a spoiler and bodykits i should be able to work with too. That'll make my alt cliffjumper look awesome if i can fit everything on right.
