I think the price for Shipping is way to high you could bye a £2 figure and they would still charge you £30 od for shipping thats why I use HLJ BBTS and Kapow Toys for my toy orders

is the shipping comment in regards to the shipping for the legends figures? or just in general?

but i still don't really understand what your saying because HLJ and BBTS shipping is pretty much based on where the place is

the thing is the majority of over seas postage fee's are due to the seller, attempting to make the product look cheap but getting there money back through the postage, usually when you look at it most items are usually around the same price

We prefer eccentric :P

If Protector comes out in April, I will be very happy. I will have completely forgotten I forked over £70 for him by then

I'd prefer March though, so I can have him for my birthday at least. Though I'd love a christmas release, so I can have him, TFA Roddy and shortly after MP Rodimus all stand together for a pretty picture

RM-- that's terrible mate! What part broke? Take a picture if you can and maybe we can help find a way to repair him.

It must've cost you a bomb to get a replacement Barricade...and after paying all that money for Bruticus =|

It was just for Barricade wasn't it? If it was for Bruticus I take it all back

Another £14 they've taken for a hard working citizen. **** hate customs. But at least crossfire *might* be with you soon.

Ah LSTOW was an awesome read. Wish I knew where Grimlock had gone though. Hope they do a mini-series on him next.

thanks what im guessing R_M said, but if i'm wrong he'll correct me

yeh i hope its the tfsource package because its got shadow roller in it for my Nemesis collection

i have to say though what they did to rotorstorm was harsh, funny but harsh

yeh they should easily do a mini series on where grimmy went, and incorporate more G2 characters

btw heads up guys a dude over at tfw emailed kapow and they have confirmed that they won't be getting fp sidearm target master

so your best bet is toyzandgamez who have him for £8.99, i decided to get this guy now and get fp rodimus down the line, because i can see the lil guy being a bitch to get if i miss him early

What he said was most amusing, even the abrupt thing that happened to him was funny.

That'd be great! Seeing some of the predators for once was sweet.

Luckily I'm not too keen on targetmasters, so I'll be giving...Firebolt?...a miss. Just looks too clunky in gun mode for me, which is an inherent problem for most targetmasters.

see as much as i love last stand of the wreckers, i equally hate it because its put focus on the G2 franchise and made it popular again, its going to be hard to replace my skyquake, find pyro, clench aswell as replacing ironfist back cannon, these items where quite pricey in the first place but now the prices are getting stupid

Ouch, forgot you bummed G2  It'll be a right battle to find any of em for a decent price now...

I'd really like to see characters like Ironfist, Pyro and Guzzle and others from the Wreckers comics get updated Generations figures true to their IDW appearance. Now they've been put into a G1 comic they're relevant to my collection :P

And of course, Springer needs his Wreckers! An Impactor certainly wouldn't go amiss, nor a generations Whirl.

And maybe they might, considering two of IDW designs have already got figures.

By the by, MP Grimlock has been sighted at a TRU! Can't remember which one, but we can expect them to slowly start filtering through now. Price: £60. Bit of an ouch, but hopefully it'll come down a bit soon.

yes i still bum G2, its awesome and you guys should to

tbh as much, as i want an updated G2 collection my wallet really can't afford it, not with all the g1 stuff is mainly getting handled by third party companies, way to expensive

i would love to see twintwist and his cerebral brother

as for mp grimlock i hope he does an argos mp skywarp, because as much as i like him, i don't need him as i got henkei grimmy. but mp grimmy would be really nice to have

Oh man, if Grimmy pulls an MP Skywarp I will definitely do something PG-15 in my pants.

I really hope that all the recent exposure in IDW comics nets them some more Generations appearances. The line is supposed to be covering tranformers from all media, so maybe...if we think it hard enough...

I've settled on those two for now. I use Energon Terradive and ROTF Breacher as Topsin and Twintwist respectively. Heresy for some, but they're obscure enough to me still that I can get away with it. For now.
Though I'm still kicking myself over Natobot's Roadbuster upgrade.

I wonder if Darkov on tfw could be persuaded to cast a set? hmm..

haaa PG-15? didn't even know that existed

combined thought to make things happen? kinda like a massive tf G2 spirit bomb?

nah i'd prefer a henkei topspin/twintwist i can see where your going with those guys but there just not close enough for me

as for the nanobot roadbuster kit, i wish i got two now

thats the problem with this hobby if you can't decide to get something on its release your just going to regret it down the line, whether you didn't buy it or you paid to much for it

It does now

Kinda! Seemed to work for classics didn't it? =P

I feel so stupid. I even preordered a set! Then it came to it, and I though "I can't afford £20 shipped for a gun and a head" #-o

Aye massively true, bummer. That's why I preorder Fansproject stuff pretty much instantly and worry about the money later.

I feel so stupid. I even preordered a set! Then it came to it, and I though "I can't afford £20 shipped for a gun and a head" #-o

Aye massively true, bummer. That's why I preorder Fansproject stuff pretty much instantly and worry about the money later.

wouldn't know about the classics spirit bomb, i wasn't around when it appeared man i came with the pre-2007 movie buzz

yeh i felt the same as you about the roadbuster set, but it looked gud enough to warrant the purchase

as for fp products i usually pre-order when the final colours are released, because the majority of the stuff can be still brought at a reasonble price a couple months after release

but the scyther set, i had to jump on that boat because it was just to limited, and it looked really nice and compliments my first botcon figure well

btw C_C i've seen your thread over at tfw,and i feel the same as you, in regards to the money aspect of collecting tf.

as you may of noticed i have trimmed down collecting significantly and only do neoclassics. I've sold loads that were nice but just didn't fit in to well

and sometimes i feel the price is too high for certain figures, but if you wait you only regret it and it feels good to have a pretty complete neoclassics set

its an expensive hobby, but i haven't come this far just to sell them, even when i moved out earlier this year i didn't buy any tfs, but i didn't want to sell them all,i reckon its just a nostalgia thing

lol what a ramble

Unlucky mate, me and my bro were at a peek hunting classics in the toy aisles, we got every one between us. Apart from Grimlock =| hmph. But then, I might use MP Grimlock as my classics Grimmy, he is early toon accurate I think (in size).

I remember reading a review about it that said there was some flash left, and i think that put me off (thinking the quality would be poor). Oh well, regrets are regrets, and I'll ask Darkov if he can help.

Aye! That was brought on by my overdraft dipping over the -£700 mark, but I've got it back up to -£600 now and will be fixing that over the next couple of weeks.
That's the gutting bit! There are so many nice AEC figures, but they just don't fit into my neo-G1 display at all. So just selling those at a slightly higher price than everything else.

I love my classics display. So close to completing the MTMTE bot lineup now, and not many other figures I fancy past that to come. Then I imagine I'll be waiting on 3rd parties to create the other bot combiners and such. I still really want a Generations Rhinox for my BW display, cos while the Telemocha figure looks nice, the mold is just too small and kibbly.

 I know the feeling. I'd rather buy transformers than zero my debts.

I'm fairly happy that I've managed to sell a chunk of my alternators for £150- sold six, so got about £25 a piece. Not as great a price as they used to go for, but more than I paid for any one of them. Got four more to sell too, plus Henkei Hot Shot and a few more pieces, and hopefully this PM Prime sells for around the £40+ mark. After those go I'll be in good money.

And HOPEFULLY (fingers crossed and touch wood), my grant money this year should be twice what it was last year. If it is I'll be able to square my overdraft without feeling anything and still be able to afford my course books and transformers.

I'm gonna be better with going out this year. It's my third year so I'll be working more, but I also intend to not spend more than a tenner a night. I'll walk home every time if that's what it needs.

I paid £12 for just Energon Barricade and £24 shipping hope that is clear and what was so funny about what i said CC his arm peg broke how is that amusing.

I was in Manchester Forbiddon Planet and they Have HFTD wave 2 Deluxes is but all i got where the wave 1 Movie Activators
