Samples do exist. We have a gallery.AllNewSuperRobot wrote:Sabrblade wrote:They're even the same person.AllNewSuperRobot wrote:Considering how much I adore Ramulus, I had no idea he had a redeco in Long Horn.
That doesn't surprise me, when it comes to these redecos of non-show characters.![]()
Sadly, it seems this set was nearly a trio...
Unfortunately cancelled. The deco reminds me of Rhinox though, which is strange.

That's just an unpainted factory prototype test shot.

Indeed. I'm curious to see how much it goes for?
I am surprised that a (potentially) transparent version was being prototyped though. That wasn't really a thing in the Transmetal lines. I think Quickstrike was the last one? It became a lot more commonplace in Beast Machines though.

That makes it even funnier how high the bidding is upto, for that prototype.

Probably not, but never hurts to hope. I want a non-GPS Sound Wave!

And even more neat, unlike every other black-colored clone, Black Big Convoy is a heroic good guy.
It doesn't hurt to hope, but given their production history the Mutants are very unlikely to see new toys (unless Hasbro thinks of some sort of interaction gimmick for them), and are the second-most unlikely candidates from BW and related for reissue (the absolute most unlikely being their cousins the Animorphs).Jelze Bunnycat wrote:AllNewSuperRobot wrote:Looking at that bottom shelf, do you think they will ever do something with the Mutants again? Damn! I miss the era of Big Lots KOs, never got to grab any for myself before the end.Sabrblade wrote:Big Lots KO.
I own one and, aside from some slight remolding to remove certain joints and gimmicks, it's almost on par, quality wise, with the official version.
He's pretty slick, but man do I wish the 3D modelling/printing crowd would get cracking on repro parts for him.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:AllNewSuperRobot wrote:Every time I see CR Galvatron pop up on eBay, Transformerland etc I really have to resist the urge to buy him. He does look really good in the white deco. The problem is if I buy him, then I will have to track down BC '16 Megs and especially BC'05 Deathsaurus. Who only comes in a boxset called: Descent into Evil. The "cheapest" one I found was $500...
I have Devil gigatron, and he is fantastic. I love that toy a ton!
