From AliExpress, I got the whole set of the Toyworld Aerolite BAF Silver "Starscream."

It was expensive a F, but far from the eBay price. A shame that he does not come with the flight stand nor the big gun, but at least my trio is finally complete. And how magnificent it is!

I got this nifty combiner from AliExpress. The whole set is cheaper than a deluxe, SHIPPED.
It is very good. If you want to see more details, look up Baltmatrix's video:

However, the fact that it can't hold the gun is dumb. So I made a mod by drilling the end of the arm-rocket-tanker, then from the underside, I inserted an adapter. This results in the rocket/arm having a small "vent" on top, but the gun fit perfectly.

It's crazy how cheep these things can be, I've had my eye on that set since it's not really at KO but an original. I've been getting the one that's usually listed as Bruticus with the big jet as the body. There's a few sellers on AliExpress only charging $10 per component and low shipping compared to the usual $30 or so each. Two more parts have been released, the helicopter and the blue tank, pretty sure that just leaves the head and feet parts.

Yeah, that set looks nice, but it is not original enough for me. And most of the components of that sets are modified KOs of 3P stuff. From AliExpress, I prefer those that are 100% original. And cheap.

He does mention that the jeep and the copter are modded KOs of the Iron Factory "bruticus" in the first few minutes of this video.

However, that is really not the case of the first combiner you mentioned.

For that big-ass six member combiners, I'll have to wait and see the final result.

The two videos I posted are both for 5 of the 8 components of the same combiner and unrelated to this bot in the video you posted. They're also each hovering around the 8" range.

Yeah,I know. I just wanted to point out that mixing and matching KOs and originals to make a combiner is something I see often at AliExpress.

I'm looking forward the complete combiner that you mentioned to see how it will hold up.

So I'm considering going back to the MP-scale realm and getting at least a couple of the Fanstoys Constructicons. I know it seems like, "What's the point if you don't get the whole set?", but I'm honestly not worried either way right now.

Can anyone please advise on buying from Show.Z.store? While I see that shipping is free, I'm assuming there has to be some sort of fee to get these items into the U.S....

If the shop is US based, and and all import fees would logically be included in the base price of the thing. So, if shipping is free within continental USA, it should be the advertised price, plus your local taxes if applicable.

Expect the base prices to be higher for the new things though.

Show.Z.store is based in China... I'm in the U.S.
I'm guessing that their listed price for FansToys Scrapper is $165 because there's some sort of fee behind getting it here into the states... Of course I could be wrong on this, but the other couple places I've seen this figure have it listed at $240-ish. And I went through some of the check-out process, and the shipping is free. It's just difficult to believe that this figure could be $165.
Any additional insight would be greatly appreciated!

The US now has a 20% duty from China so whatever the price is multiply it by 1.2.

Found locally the oversized KO of Core Class OP. It came with a superman cape and a single seeker null ray as a weapon.

Never thought I'd post here, but here we are. This is the result of a Toy Swap of AotP Skydive (and to a lesser extent my enthusiastic stupidity):

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is from the Cool Became Brave range (anyone can jump in here) and for a KO it's actually pretty good: Solid joints, plastic feels good, size is 100% (as in, not oversize or undersize), but I did notice two differences:
* The head is less detailed on the side than the original toy
* The elbows are pinned
* Slight alignment issues in the legs

Before you ask, I may have plans for him but it depends on what I may get later down the line.
