Updated Constructicon Images
There have been some new images of the shovel Constructicon posted on TF08.net.
Of interest, there's a great picture of it next to the Audi R8 for size comparison. Also, the treads split open to become "wheels" which could give the robot mode better mobility.

Im trying to tell my brain that its not so bad, maybe I could do a couple modifications or something but as much as I want it to be good that thing is just hideous, and even if all the other constructacons are perfect they are ruined because of this thing

I'm just hoping that on-screen, they'll be more like standard bots. This might be the trade-off so that the alt mode looks good and it looks good in the combiner mode.
I'm going to reserve judgement until we see all the part, on screen and in toy form.

Or maybe this isn't transformed properly.

For anyone who hasn't seen Spotlight: Sledge (and why not?!), my gritty and dark fanfiction piece "Holiday" is posted here.

Re: Updated Constructicon Images
Come on no matter how mis-transformed that is you can see it has zero potential, that thing sucks. Fully. Don't try to kid yourself otherwise.

i'm still waitin for an longarm or incenerator class of mold

tf08.net- More images of the previously seen Constructicon have surfaced at tf08.net.
Images show what might be a robot mode, but at least show us a new aspect of the toy which is the way the treads can become round like wheels. There are also more images of the details in the shovel including the staircase, and pistons, etc. for the arm.
You can view the original thread here, and some of the images below.

I do like the alt mode, But I get a feeling this is not meant to have a robot mode, and that head actually belongs to the combined form.
He looks to me like he makes the arms and upper torso.
Cause if this is meant to be a stand alone figure Hasbro really is not up to Par for this movie.
But I doubt that.
I think he's part of the one that was said would combine but would have no individual robot modes.
While there is the other set that do have individual robot modes but don't combine.
EDIT:
After taking a closer look at the Pics, I'm not so sure anymore.
I'll wait until we get official pictures to pass Judgment. As it is it might just be part of something else.

I'll end up buying this because I have always loved the Constructicons, they may be the reason I became a carpenter for a few years.
But I must say the only cool thing i've really seen on this figure so far is that the tracks can become wheels.
I'll just look at it through my beer googles all the time.

That is bigger than I thought it would be. And it's got Beast Machine Rattrap wheel feet!
What I find more disturbing however is that we haven't been given new shots of that Alternity Convoy. Take pictures of that!

Too me it looke like a repain of Energon Prime when he was in Link Up mode with his 4 components.
Remember they did say that the constructicons would be lookin like Energon Prime when they link up.
Also about the chevy Bolt named Jolt, Jolt has been in 2 TF cartoons Armada he was linked up with Hotshot, 2 he was in in Cybertron as a Information Gathering Officer and also looked after Bud, Koby and Lori he was with Vector Prime also.
The only bots in the movie that hasnt been named are
The Constructicons
The Aerial Bots
and the Unkown Decipticon Audi R8

What will wearing BEAR goggles have to do with it? Winnie the Pooh?
I understand BEER goggles as a reference, but BEAR?

Re: Updated Constructicon Images
if Arcee is three bikes that make one robot then why can't devastator be 6 vehicles that make one robot? Maybe there are no individual robots and no individual names. Maybe they just are devastator. I know this isn't G1 accurate but my G1 beer goggles have sobered up.
As forthe toy, the alt mode is ecellent, and if the combined mode looks like energon prime then we have a huge potentially well articualted robot, I for one think that is great.

The 'bot mode kind of has a Bonecrusher look to it - claw hands, primative look with the head stooped down with the shoulders, thin looking legs....
just an observation...

I've been wondering when we'd see our next "no-legs" transformer. Takes me back to the days of Beast Machines Rattrap.

Yikes.. That is ugly..
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).
